But first, it is worth calculating the size of the salary, part of which will go to pay off the mortgage loan every month. In addition, bank employees take into account the applicant's experience, which should not be less than 6 months. And, of course, an analysis is performed credit history the applicant.

The acquired real estate object must be properly registered. At the same time, most banks require all documentation to be fresh, in particular, cadastral and technical certificate.

  • title deeds;

The term for consideration of documents in the fund is 1 month. After the decision is made, a written notification is sent to the applicant. Loan repayment

MK can be used to repay a targeted loan, which was associated with the acquisition of real estate. In other cases, MK is not used.

If one of these conditions is absent, MK does not apply.

To pay off the loan, in loan agreement there should be a note that the funds were spent on the purchase or construction of residential real estate. Second, the borrower must be the owner of the MC.
