Refinancing conditions are as follows:

  • The rate is 12.1% per annum. If there is no comprehensive insurance contract, the rate will be raised by 1%. You can also add another 0.5% if the borrower does not receive salary on the VTB24 card.
  • The minimum loan amount is 100,000 rubles, the maximum is 30,000,000 rubles. In addition, it is worth considering that the loan amount cannot exceed 80% of the price of real estate transferred to the mortgage (50% if the decision on lending is made according to two documents).
  • the term of the new agreement is up to 30 years.

If the borrower's income allows, he can take under a new loan agreement an amount greater than the balance of the debt that he is going to repay.

Who can claim

To be able to refinance a mortgage at VTB in 2017, you must meet the bank's requirements:

  • the borrower is a bona fide payer, that is, during the period of servicing the contract, he did not admit a single delay;
  • the debt, which is planned to be refinanced, arose more than 12 months ago;
  • over the past six months, not a single new loan agreement has been concluded;
  • lack of enforcement proceedings;
  • the debtor is not at the stage of bankruptcy;
  • until the end of the loan agreement must not be less than 3 months;
  • the borrower has a stable income in an amount sufficient to service the debt, while the work experience must be at least 1 year.

In addition, the borrower must have Russian citizenship and be registered in the region of presence of the bank's division. The borrower's age at the time of the final repayment of the mortgage must not exceed 75 years.

What you need to refinance a loan

In order for the refinancing application to be considered, the borrower must also submit a package of documents, which includes:

  • document confirming income for the last six months (certificate issued by the employer). According to the requirements of the bank, this paper is valid for 30 days from the date of issue;
  • a certificate indicating the balance of the loan debt and the quality of its service;
  • (if the borrower at the time of submission of documents is less than 27 years old).

If the borrower's salary is transferred to the VTB24 card, there is no need to document income - the bank has all the information.

In addition, VTB24 has a refinancing program under two documents. The first is definitely a passport, and the second could be:

  • SNILS;
