Additional payments can be made in the form of a one-time remuneration at the end of the year, in the form of vacation pay, allowance and per diem, as an interest-free loan and as travel allowances. - for achievements in military service.
For classification by class, the amount of the premium is:
- 5% of the official salary - for the 3rd grade;
- 10% of the official salary - for the 2nd grade;
- 20% of the official salary - for the 1st grade.

For the length of service, the amount of the allowance is:
- 10% - in service 2-5 years;
- 15% - in the service of 5-10 years;
- 20% for 10-15 years of service;
- 25% - in the service of 15-20 years;
- 30% - in the service of 20-25 years;
- 40% - in service of 25 years or more.

For work with information that is a state secret, the military is paid up to 65% of the salary for the post. At the same time, this percentage fluctuates depending on the degree of secrecy of the materials.

Also, once a year, a contract serviceman can be awarded material assistance in an amount not exceeding one salary by rank and position, and a bonus for the effective and conscientious performance of his duties (no more than three salaries per year).

Certain categories of servicemen are supposed to be paid cash assigned and calculated using multiplying factors. These categories of employees include:
- military personnel serving in military formations stationed outside the country;
- military personnel performing tasks in emergency situations or armed conflicts, participating in counter-terrorist operations and ensuring public safety in some territories of the Russian Federation;
- military servicemen serving in the Far North and in areas equated to it.

Monthly allowance for the implementation of tasks in peacetime that are associated with a risk to life and health

The premium to contract employees for the fulfillment of tasks assigned to them in peacetime, which are directly related to the risk to life and health, can be up to 100% of the salary according to the position. The rules and features of such payments are established by Government Decree No. 1122 of 12/24/2011.

This kind of boost wages the military is:
1. Up to 100% of the monthly salary according to the position - in the case of diving work (commensurate with the depth of the dive and its time).

2. Up to 60% of the monthly salary according to the position - in the case of direct actions in exercises, training tasks of ammunition in the field, cruises of ships or other events that are carried out outside the permanent location of a military unit according to the list established by the head of the relevant state body.

3. Up to 50% of the monthly salary for the position:
- for parachute jumps (in proportion to the number of jumps, the conditions for their performance and nature);
- for service related to explosion-technical work, finding, identifying, seizing, destroying or neutralizing explosive devices, using explosive materials and means, explosive objects in work;
- for work related to the production and execution of ballistic or explosives expertise, with research on diagnostics, destruction or demilitarization of ammunition and improvised explosive devices;
- for performing flights from the decks of a ship or using a ground training complex (commensurate with the number of flights and the way they are performed);
- for extinguishing man-made and natural fires by flight crews;
- for working with entities that provide assistance on a confidential basis.

4. Up to 30% of the monthly salary for the position:
- for service at Baikonur;
- for the treatment or diagnosis of people infected with AIDS, for work related to materials that contain the human immunodeficiency virus;
- for work in anti-plague institutions, laboratories where they work with especially dangerous infections, and in sanitary and epidemiological teams;
- for service in medical institutions with harmful or dangerous working conditions, at medical posts. personnel according to the lists approved by the heads of the relevant government agencies;
- for service related to the study of cadaveric material, for work related to the use of X-rays, ionizing radiation and radiation with high frequencies, poisonous, narcotic and other aggressive substances according to the list approved by the heads of the relevant state. organs.

5. Up to 20% of the monthly ex-officio salary - for direct participation in activities related to the recharging of nuclear reactors of ships and work with nuclear fuel or radioactive waste.

In situations where the work of a soldier requires the performance of specific tasks associated with a risk to life and health, but not specified above, the premium can be up to 60%.
If an employee has the right to receive an increase on several grounds at the same time, all bonuses are summed up, provided that the resulting total does not exceed 100% of the salary for the position.

Award for the efficient and conscientious performance of duties

The award for effective and high-quality performance of official duties is up to three SLMs per year. The rules for the payment of this allowance are established by the Government of the Russian Federation, Decree of December 5, 2011 No. 993. This legal act states that the premium in question can be paid monthly or quarterly, simultaneously with the issuance of a monetary allowance in the month that follows the month or quarter for which it is paid premium, and in December - for December or 4th quarter.

This premium is calculated on the basis of the ODS for the month established on the first day of the month in which the premium is issued, and in December - on the first of December of the current year.

In situations where the military has served incomplete month(quarter), the bonus is calculated for the time actually worked, based on the SLM, which was assigned to the soldier on the day the decision was made to pay the allowance.

The award is not issued to the military:
-which serve in units where remuneration is established for the execution and implementation of large-scale production tasks and other indicators;
- who are sent out of the country for technical assistance and other duties;
- at the time they were at the disposal of their superiors, except for those periods when the military performed duties for vacant military posts;
- who were dismissed on the grounds provided for in paragraphs 1-5, 7-11, part 4 of Art. 3 FZ 306.

If a soldier died, this bonus, accrued during his actual work, is paid to his wife (husband), and in her (his) absence - to adult children who lived with him, to the legal representatives of his minor children (disabled persons who became such with childhood, regardless of age) and other persons who were dependent on the deceased, in equal shares. In a situation where the soldier was not married and had no children, the bonus is paid in equal shares to the parents.

Annual material assistance

Also, the military salary is increased by such additional payments as material assistance. The rules for the payment of this remuneration are established by the Government Decree of December 5, 2011 No. 993.

Annual material assistance is provided to military contractors in the amount of at least one salary per month. Employees who were eligible to receive this assistance, but did not apply for it within a year, this benefit is paid along with the cash allowance for December.

Material assistance is not due to the military, who were dismissed in accordance with Article 3 of Part 4, paragraphs 1-5 and paragraph 7-11 of Federal Law 306. In a situation where the benefit was issued before the onset of these circumstances, it is not from the last salary is withheld. Also, material assistance is not paid to the military who are at the disposal of the chiefs and who are dismissed at the end of the year with the granting of leave upon dismissal, which ends next year (for the year in which the vacation ends).

In the event of the death of a serviceman, annual material assistance is paid to his relatives in the same way as the procedure for paying bonuses for the effective and conscientious performance of duties.

Increasing coefficients for some categories of military personnel

According to Government Decree No. 1071 of December 21, 2011, servicemen serving in military formations deployed outside the Russian Federation, and military personnel performing tasks in the territories of armed conflicts in a state of emergency, are entitled to additional cash payments calculated using special multiplying coefficients.

Monetary allowance increases as follows:
- for service in a military unit stationed in Belarus - by 1.1
- for service in a military unit stationed in Ukraine - by 1.2;
- for service in the military unit stationed in Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Moldova - by 1.3;
- for service in the military unit stationed in Abkhazia, Tajikistan and South Ossetia - by 1.4.

For military personnel who serve on a contract basis, when carrying out tasks in an emergency or in armed conflicts, the monetary allowance is increased by a factor of 1.5.

The coefficients by which the DD increases for military servicemen serving in the Far North and in areas equated to it are fixed in the Appendix to the Government Decree of December 30, 2011, number 1237.

Salaries for conscripts

The salary of conscripts can be increased:
- for classification by category or class (similar to the allowances for contractors);
- for specific conditions of service;
- for the performance of tasks that are directly related to the risk to health and life in peacetime;
- for work related to information that is a state secret.

Also, separate payments are due to the military stationed outside the country, and the military who perform tasks in a state of emergency, counter-terrorism operations or armed conflicts.

For specific conditions of service, the size of the allowance for conscripts ranges from 100% of the salary for a military position (for example, in the case of filling positions in the crews of submarines, autonomous deep-sea vehicles deployed on surface ships, submarines under construction, in the technical crews of submarine stations) and up to 10% a salary for a military position (for example, when filling positions in the border authorities that directly protect the state border).
The size of the monthly allowance for completing tasks that are associated with a risk to life and health in peacetime are similar to those established for contract soldiers.

The premium for work with information that is a state secret can be 10, 20 or 25%, depending on the degree of importance.

Other payments for military personnel

The Federal Law on monetary allowances, in addition to salaries and allowances for the military, establishes by Article 3 certain types of payments to servicemen. In connection with these provisions, the military, who are sent on business trips, are entitled to payments for travel expenses... A contract soldier, when moving to a new duty station, is paid a daily allowance for him and each of his family members for each day spent on the road, and a lifting allowance is also issued (one month SLM per military and 1/4 SLM for each family member who moved with him) ...

Military contractors whose total service life is less than 20 years, upon dismissal, are paid an allowance in the amount of two SLMs, and military personnel whose total service life is more than 20 years - in the amount of seven. The exceptions are dismissals for the reasons listed in Article 3, Part 4 of Federal Law 306.

Payments related to the death or disability of military personnel

In the event of the death (death) of a soldier called up for military training, during the performance of his official duties or as a result of an injury (illness) received in the performance of official duties, before the expiration of a year from the moment of dismissal from service (from the date of the end of military training), his relatives are paid in equal shares financial compensation- 3 million rubles. In addition, 14 thousand rubles are paid monthly to the same relatives, and this amount is also divided equally between all of them.

If, under the same circumstances, a soldier received a disability, then he is entitled to monthly payments at the rate of:
- 14,000 rubles. - disabled person of the 1st group;
- 7,000 rubles. - disabled person of the 2nd group;
- 2 800 rubles. - disabled person of the 3rd group.

If a disabled military man dies, then his monthly disability allowance is divided and paid to his family members.

In the event of the dismissal of a soldier or deduction from the fees as unfit, who became such as a result of his receiving a military injury, he is given a cash allowance:
- 2 million rubles - to contractors;
- 1 million rubles - to conscripts or citizens called up for training camps.

DD fund according to federal law

Payments of monetary allowance are made from a special fund, from the fund of the DD of the military serving under the contract, and the fund of the DD of the military who are doing military service by conscription.

The pay fund for contract servicemen consists of the assets of the DD of the military of the central apparatus of the federal executive power, in which the Federal Law prescribes military service, and the pay fund for military personnel serving in military units, formations and bodies of the relevant federal executive body, including territorial ones.

The DD fund is usually formed in excess of the amounts required to pay due salaries by rank and position, taking into account monthly allowances, bonuses and material assistance.

Thus, having considered the Federal Law on monetary allowance, we can conclude that the following patterns are inherent in the system of payments to servicemen:
- application of additional payments and compensations, taking into account the specifics of military service;
- realization of the economic interest of contractors in the extension of contracts;
- social justice in the remuneration of military personnel and monetary incentives for career advancement using the coefficients of differentiation of DD of various categories of military personnel;
- more high level DD of the military in comparison with the salaries of ordinary citizens;
- increase in pay ( certain types payments) is made by their annual indexing.
