In 1994 he graduated from the correspondence department of the Finance and Economics Faculty of the Military Academy of Economics, Finance and Law of the Armed Forces Russian Federation and since 1996 served in the Department of Shipbuilding of the Navy as Deputy Head of the Financial and Economic Service, and since 1998 became Assistant to the Head of this Department for Financial and Economic Work.

In 2005-2008 he was the head of the price control department of the orders and supplies of weapons, military and special equipment of the Navy.

After being discharged from the Armed Forces to the reserve in 2008, he continued his career at the enterprises of the Military-Industrial Complex and is currently a deputy general director Joint Stock Company Rubin Central Design Bureau for Marine Engineering.

February 15, 2019 marks the 30th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops and military formations of the 40th Combined Arms Army from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan and is celebrated as the Day of Remembrance for Internationalist Warriors.

This significant memorable date has forever gone down in the history of our state, and the Day of Remembrance of Soldiers-Internationalists symbolizes the memory of Soviet servicemen who performed their military duty far from their families and homeland.

1. To restore a single financial and economic structure subordinate to the Minister of Defense within the Central Office of the Ministry of Defense. The contrived departments that appeared during the reforms: financial planning, financial security, prices - to abolish. 2. Create financial and economic departments in strategic commands (districts), subordinate to the respective commanders, with the empowerment of them with the functions of managers budgetary funds... 5. To optimize the system of orders and payments for the supply of weapons and military equipment according to the state defense order... At the same time, the General Staff of the Armed Forces should be assigned the coordinating function for ordered samples of weapons and equipment for all power structures. In the structure of the Chief of Armaments of the Ministry of Defense, have financial department, on which to entrust the tasks of analyzing the concluded contracts and ensuring settlements on them through a single settlement account of the Ministry of Defense. 7. To restore the system of departmental financial control in the Ministry of Defense, which in previous years was one of the best among the federal executive bodies.
