1.2. The subject of science and practice of organization of construction.
The subject of science and practice of organization of construction includes the development and implementation of methods for the scientific organization of construction and construction production, ensuring the achievement of the best production results in the process of construction or reconstruction, modernization, overhaul of buildings and structures.
The science of organization and management in construction is based on the general theory of organization and management of production, taking into account its specific industry characteristics and generalization of the advanced production experience of enterprises and organizations in the industry, as well as individual innovators of production.
In ch. 1, the content of the subject of construction organization was disclosed. Accordingly to this content, the subject of science and practice of organizing construction primarily includes: principles and provisions for organizational and technological preparation for construction;
- methods and practice of organizing the design of construction objects, their complexes and processes of organizing their construction;

The Department of Economics and Management at Construction and Land Management Enterprises was established in 2016 on the basis of the merger of two scientific schools: the Department of Financial Management (established in 1997) and the Department of Economics and Management and Investment (established in 1968) and prepared for the economy of our country is more than 3000 specialists. Initially, the department was the basis for training in economics and organizing specialists for the construction industry. In the future, she made a huge contribution to the development of professional personnel for the tax system, accounting, planning and financial structures, the appraisal sector, as well as the pricing and budgeting system.

Today the department is a large regional center for training economists and managers for construction and land management, procurers, appraisers and surveyors.

Since 2016, I have become the head of the Department of EUS. In my work, I think the main thing is to take into account the ideas, objections and opinions of each student and teacher. In the work of the Department of EUS we use such innovations as: electronic signature; Internet resources: Instagram, Vkontakte group, electronic library; QR codes, which are very popular all over the world due to the ability to encode text information and quickly access it, to various sites, online services using smartphones.

Based on the tendencies of modern life, it is important to note that many students "live" on the Internet: they use various social networks, flipping through pages that are not always necessary and receiving not always useful information. That is why, when working with students on the Internet, we use graphic pictures with informative text, motivating videos, reports and interviews to attract their attention.

Of course, this is something new and atypical, but this kind of interaction with students benefits them: the children are timely provided with reliable information regarding both the educational process and student life.

In our Vkontakte group "Department of EUS MGSU" each student can ask a question that interests him and get an answer to it in a short time: for this, it is enough to be registered in the Vkontakte social network.

Speaking about the group, I would like to note that the date of its creation is March 2016: in such a short period of time there are more than 450 participants in the group, including students, teachers and employees of the EUS department. Thanks to the staff and students of the department, we successfully develop the group and try to help each of the guys.

We also use an Instagram account in our work. In this Internet resource, photos from scientific conferences are published in a timely manner, the achievements of students and teachers are highlighted, all kinds of announcements are posted, and many others.

We try to work with students in their usual rhythm and atmosphere. It is important for us to understand WHAT students need for successful and easy study, and HOW to promptly help them in the learning process.

I believe that you should not be afraid of the new, it is worth listening and hearing the people with whom you work, it is worth experimenting and keeping up with the times.
