As part of joint work with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation holds an annual open public competition for projects to submit a budget for citizens.

The competition is held in two rounds separately among individuals and legal entities in nominations approved annually The Working Group Ministry of Finance of Russia chaired by Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation A.M. Lavrov.
