Economic development of the russian federation fomichev. National Research University Higher School of Economics

My e-mail: [email protected]

Hello, I am glad to welcome you!

Let's get acquainted, my name is Oleg, I was born on October 20, 1963 in Severodvinsk, the city of shipbuilders on the shores of the White Sea. In Soviet times, he worked as a school teacher, taught mathematics and physics. My hobby is mountaineering, candidate master of sports in sport climbing. I do yoga.

In the late nineties, I began to study astrology, not even suspecting how much it would change my future destiny. Uranic fate of the astrologer

In 2000 he met Sergei Vasilievich Shestopalov, rector of the St. Petersburg Astrological Academy, a student of S.A. Vronsky. This acquaintance marked the beginning of a long-term creative collaboration with the St. Petersburg Astrological Academy.

In 2002, in Arkhangelsk, he created an astrology school, which first opened its doors on November 7, 2002. The school became part of the structure of the St. Petersburg Astrological Academy, as the Arkhangelsk branch of SPbAA. The opening was attended by S.V. Shestopalov. School history

In 2004, he spoke for the first time at the astrological congress in St. Petersburg with research work on astrology from SPbAA. Further, at the invitation of S.V. Shestopalov, spoke from SPbAA with his research at congresses in Moscow in 2005, in St. Petersburg in 2008 and in 2010.

At the end of 2004 he moved to Samara. The move was connected with the correction of the special instructions of my natal horoscope according to the event formulas.

Already in 2005, the school won a leadership position in the Volga region. Further, for ten years the school performed at international congresses, held seminars and master classes with the involvement of the strongest astrologers of Russia and the world. But the main priority of his activity has always been the teaching of practical astrology.

In 2014 he moved again, this time to Australia, using the method of the local horoscope for his whole family. It was this technique that Sergei Alekseevich Vronsky used when managing his destiny.

Of course, practice-based teaching of astrology remains the school's top priority. Astrology is the science of fate, and its language must be alive, therefore all practical lessons are based on examples from real life.

Glad to see you among my students!

Fomichev Oleg Vladislavovich, deputy Minister economic development RF.

Quotes

  • March 29, 2010: “We understand that in modern world it is impossible to take a leading position without an innovative approach to the economy. We believe that the locomotive of this process in Russia should be a private initiative with the support of the state in priority sectors. A specific example such support can be provided by the "Russian Venture Company" - state fund funds and the industry development institute venture investment In Russian federation. It is through the "Russian Venture Company" that government incentives are carried out venture investments and the process of formation of the "ecosystem" of the venture industry as a whole, as well as financial support for the high-tech sector.
