Overview of the flooring market. Overview of the Russian flooring market

Currently in Russia there is an increase in the volume of construction. The development of this industry also entails the development of sub-sectors. In particular, the market for construction and finishing materials is now, according to experts, one of the most dynamically developing. The fact that about 90% of new residential premises in Russia are offered without any interior decoration, ensures a constant stable demand for materials of a construction and decoration nature. The dynamics of the development of the industry in question can be judged based on the following data: the volume of production of building materials from 2002 to 2007. grew by more than 240%. The current situation makes it possible to predict the further development of the market.
Among the factors that directly influenced the formation of the market, in addition to high rates of housing construction and improving the well-being of the population, should include such as the implementation of the national project "Affordable and Comfortable Housing" and the Federal Targeted investment program... As a result, the real estate market is gaining more and more attractiveness (according to the materials "The total volume of the flooring market in 2007 is estimated at 48-50 billion rubles", http://www.flooringmagazine.ru/news.php?id=211 and "Finishing Materials. Market Review", http://www.expert74.com/nomer.php?art=221).
Floor coverings occupy a significant part of the market of finishing materials. Volume Russian market floor coverings according to various expert estimates are from 48 to 52 billion rubles. The annual production volume is 320-350 million square meters. m. The growth of floor coverings sales is about 18-20% per year.
The main types of floor coverings in demand on the market are linoleum, laminate, carpet, ceramic coverings. There are also other materials on sale, but their share is much smaller. In terms of structure, the ratio of these species is as follows:
- linoleum - 46%;
- floor coverings made of ceramic materials - 30%;
- laminate - 12%;
- carpet - 9%.
The rest is occupied by other types of coatings - 3% (diagram 1).

Diagram 1. Structure of the Russian flooring market *

* based on the article "Research of the flooring market in Russia", http://www.stm2000.ru/index.php?nes=yes
Linoleum holds the leading position in the flooring market. Despite the fact that this type of product already occupies almost half of the market, the volume of its production (about 140 million sq. M.) Continues to grow. Annual growth, previously 10-15%, has increased to 35-45% over the past few years. Linoleum attracts attention by the low cost of both the material itself and the work on its flooring. This coating is durable and easy to maintain. According to DISCOVERY Research Group, in 2007 the volume of linoleum production reached 128 million square meters. m. Imported linoleum makes up a significant part of the Russian market (98-100 million sq. m. in 2007).
However, at the same time, there is also an increase in the volume of exports of domestic products. Over the past few years, this figure has grown by 16.3% and exceeded the figure of 13 million square meters. m. (based on the materials "Research of the flooring market in Russia", http://www.stm2000.ru/index.php?nes=yes).
The segment of ceramic coatings, the share of which is the largest after linoleum (production volume 90 million sq. M.), Is also experiencing dynamic growth. The annual growth rate is 28-30%. Among the features of the development of the segment, it should be noted that consumer preference has shifted in favor of porcelain stoneware. This is largely facilitated by an increase in the growth rate of production of ceramic granite, as the most actively developing segment of the ceramic tile market: 16-17% of the ceramic floor tile market in 2003, 20-21% in 2006 and 22-25% according to data on 2007 In this regard, we note that the production of ceramic floor tiles, according to a study by CredInform-North-West Information Agency, is now several times higher than the production of tiles for wall cladding (based on the articles "Growth of the flooring market", http://t-spektr.ru/news.html and "The growth rate of production of ceramic floor tiles in Russia is three times higher than the dynamics of tiles for wall cladding", http://www.vira.ru/exp/reviews/ growth_cerama.html).
However, according to the results of a study carried out by the analytical agency Abarus MR, in 2006 the market shares were distributed as follows:
- linoleum - 45%;
- floor coverings made of ceramic materials - 31%;
- laminate - 12%;
- carpet - 9%;
- other types of coatings - 3%.
Thus, we can conclude that despite the current state of production of ceramic tiles, in recent years this industry has lost about 1% of the market, which was occupied by linoleum (based on the materials "Dynamics of the flooring market", http://newgorod.net/ articles / category / 55,% 2057,% 2067,% 2072/1903 /)
Laminate, currently the third most popular among Russian buyers, is perceived as an alternative to parquet. It is one of the four main types of natural wood flooring on the market today. The other three types are parquet varieties (solid board, multilayer board and block parquet). Laminate is a multi-layer panel structure covered with a film resistant to damaging influences.
Laminate flooring is widely demanded due to its lower price compared to parquet. At the same time, the laminate does not require such careful maintenance and is not subject to rapid wear. Any laminated coating consists of at least four parts: a supporting base and three layers - decorative, protective and stabilizing. Laminates are of several types (composite and non-composite) and have their own classification depending on the purpose. The service life of such a coating is on average 5-10 years.
Now the share of laminate is about 40 million square meters. m of the total production of floor coverings in Russia. However, according to experts' forecasts, this figure will grow in the near future and by 2010 will reach 80 million square meters. m. According to the same forecasts, laminate will completely displace the current leader - linoleum from the market, and domestic companies will become the main supplier of this material to the Russian market, although now their share is no more than 5% (according to the materials "Laminated flooring", http: // www.vashdom.ru/articles/akpr_35.htm, "The Floor Problem", http://newgorod.net/articles/category/55,%2057,%2067/2185/ and "Finishing Building Materials. Market Review", http: //www.expert74.com/nomer.php?art=221)
The volume of production of carpets (carpet) is 35 million square meters. m. Carpet has a number of features that distinguish it from the carpet itself. First of all, it is the fact that carpet is a roll material. It is not limited in size and is usually decorated with a pattern that is smaller than the carpet. Its main quality advantages are noise and heat insulation, ensuring walking comfort, the ability to use it in almost any room. Also, the carpet is convenient in that it can be laid independently, and its service life reaches 15 years.
Carpets are made from natural or synthetic fibers. Synthetic coatings, in turn, are subdivided into types depending on the chemical composition, which, in essence, determines their characteristics. The criterion for the classification of carpets is the weaving method (type of pile).
Types of carpet:
by weaving method: - scrolling (multilevel loop pile);
- katlup (surface with a bulge effect);
- velor (homogeneous surface with a tactile effect);
- frieze (high, strongly curled pile);
- print (covering, which makes it possible to display drawings of any complexity).
along the length of the pile:
- short-haired (2-3 mm);
- medium pile (5-8 mm);
- high-pile (8-20 mm).
Coverings made from natural fibers, in particular from wool, have a number of advantages over synthetics. They are resilient and elastic, capable of creating a favorable indoor climate, providing a comfortable level of air humidity. However, the price for them is quite high (from 15 to 200 USD per sq. M), and besides, they wear out quickly.
Currently, there has been a tendency to reduce the production of woolen carpets (based on the materials "Carpet Coverage", http://www.vira.ru/enc/materials/parket/kovrolin.html and "Growth of the flooring market", http: // t-spektr.ru/news.html).
Among other types of coatings that are in demand on the domestic market, one can single out parquet and cork coverings.
There are several types of parquet. The differences between them are in the design itself and in the price. Block parquet, which is a covering of small wooden planks, is considered one of the most expensive types of flooring. This is especially true of artistic parquet, which is made exclusively to order and, in addition to valuable wood species, consists of metal or stone elements. Other materials can also be used.
Parquet board is a budget option for parquet flooring. The main difference from block parquet is the size of the components.
Parquet is the preferred material for its aesthetics and environmental friendliness. It provides warmth and comfort in the home, but requires sophisticated, careful maintenance. To keep the original appearance, the parquet must be constantly treated with special compounds. But even this will not save him from the possibility of being damaged by sharp objects - the parquet is extremely unstable to such influences.
Now the volume of block parquet production is falling rapidly. The exception is artistic parquet, the share of which, on the contrary, is gradually increasing. The production of parquet boards from larch is actively developing. This material is not inferior in strength to traditionally preferred oak and beech, but it significantly reduces the cost of the final product. In addition, about 70% of the world's larch stocks grow in Russia, which gives the domestic manufacturer the opportunity to secure a niche in the market for coatings of this sample.
Despite the fact that the segment of natural wood coatings was seriously pressed by linoleum and ceramics, the industry was able to strengthen its position in the market and even provide some growth, thanks to the use of technologies that allow producing high-quality coatings at an affordable price for the mass consumer. As a result, laminate flooring is highly popular.
The share of natural and imitation wood coverings is about 20% of the entire Russian flooring market.
If in the case of a solid larch plank, the advantage, due to geographical factors, remains with the domestic manufacturer, then the manufacturers of cork flooring for similar reasons are only foreign companies. Since cork oak, the base of cork flooring, grows mostly in Portugal, this country is the main importer of this product to the Russian market.
Cork coverings have many positive qualities. They are easy to install and maintain, retain heat well, absorb noise, and are resistant to household chemical influences. In addition, it is an environmentally friendly and durable material. However, the abundance of clear advantages does not make cork floor coverings in demand: even in the segment of wood coverings, they occupy such a small share that they are not able to compete with any of the materials presented on the submarket (based on the materials of the articles "The Floor Problem", http: // newgorod. net / articles / category / 55,% 2057,% 2067/2185 / http://www.symbolgroup.ru/publicationmarketing.php?page=1&full=block_neswblock152&PHPSESSID=cf6d7152da3e556063ad313bda2432b8).
Relatively the new kind flooring on the Russian market - marmoleum. It is often considered linoleum made from natural ingredients. For its production, the bark and wood of cork, jute and vegetable oil resins are used. Marmoleum provides a high coefficient of sound absorption and thermal conductivity, it is resistant to UV rays. Marmoleum tiles are glued to a previously prepared surface and serve up to 15 years, without the need for specialized maintenance.
Marmoleum belongs to the category of more expensive, high-quality types of flooring, taking place on a par with laminate and parquet. The nature of the demand for flooring is currently changing significantly. Although linoleum dominates the Russian market now, its main advantage is low price, consumer preferences are gradually shifting towards more expensive flooring options. The products of the middle and high price segments are beginning to be in great demand. Also, the requirements of buyers for the goods have changed.
Now, when choosing a coating for a client, environmental safety, naturalness and design come first, the price plays a much smaller role. Experts largely associate this with the improved well-being of the population (based on materials from "Research of the flooring market in Russia", http://www.stm2000.ru/index.php?nes=yes)
There are both domestic and foreign manufacturers on the Russian flooring market. Their shares in various segments are determined in different ways: some are almost entirely owned by a domestic manufacturer, in others, the entire range is represented by imported products.

Currently, the Russian flooring market is showing a tendency to displace imported domestic products. The rapid development of production has brought Russian companies to the fore in certain industries. Basically, this is linoleum, the sale of which only foreign companies were engaged in the sale of a few years ago. Now the presence of Russian manufacturers in the segment exceeds 80%.
Also, the overwhelming majority (72.4%) of block parquet manufacturers are domestic enterprises operating independently or jointly with foreign companies... The structure of this segment does not change, even despite the constant decline in the production of block parquet in Russia.
In general, in the segment of natural wood flooring, domestic companies are experiencing difficulties only with the production of laminate. Here, foreign production lines dictate their conditions. But according to experts' forecasts, as the share of laminate in the flooring market increases, the volume of domestic production will grow and, ultimately, will exceed the indicators of imports. As mentioned above, by 2010 production volumes are expected to double.
As for other types of products, it should be noted that Russian production is able to navigate the situation on the market and continue to develop due to original technological solutions. An example of this is the launch of solid larch planks instead of the traditional use of oak. In this case, a decrease in the price of products and the possession of large reserves material on their territory provided the conditions for strengthening the position of the domestic manufacturer in the market.
The share of imports in the cork flooring segment is extremely high due to geographical reasons. However, Russian manufacturers are already actively mastering the production of this type of coating using imported materials. In the environment of floor ceramic tiles, the rapid growth rates of domestic production have not yet been able to reduce the share of imported products. Carpet production is carried out in small quantities Russian companies and only using imported fiber.
World financial crisis, which has now erupted in Russia, has hit the flooring market hard. Many experts predict difficult times for this market.
This trend is due to the fact that with the onset of the crisis, the consumption of building materials has sharply decreased. All of this is initially associated with a reduction in construction volumes and a drop in purchasing power. The overall decline in flooring sales will range from 20% to 40%.
However, the situation is slightly different in the segment of laminate, linoleum and carpets. Here, the impact of the crisis will be much less than in the parquet and ceramic tile segment, since this material is cheaper, and inexpensive floor coverings will be in great demand in times of crisis, when the price becomes one of the fundamental factors in the choice of consumed products.
During the crisis, foreign supplies of floor coverings are expected to decline. This is due to the problems that have appeared in the Western economy. So, for example, in the linoleum segment, consumers will be able to satisfy their needs, but consumers of ceramic tiles and carpets will spend more serious amounts on repairs (according to the article: "The crisis has affected the flooring market" http://marketing.rbc.ru/news_research /25/12/2008/562949953965588.shtml)

Conclusions:
The Russian flooring market is recognized by experts as one of the fastest growing Russian markets. This is facilitated by a number of factors, including a high level of housing construction caused by the federal program, and as a result, the growth of the market for building and finishing materials in general.
Presented on the market a large number of coatings from various materials. The most popular are: linoleum, ceramic coatings, laminate and carpet. Other types of coverings, from which parquet coverings of various types stand out, occupy a small market share.
Linoleum and ceramic floor tiles are firmly in the lead. The production of these types of coatings is growing rapidly. This is evidenced by the level of annual growth: 35-45% for linoleum and 22-25% for ceramic coatings.
However, despite the favorable situation in these segments, by 2010 linoleum is expected to shift from the first place in terms of consumer preferences. Experts believe that by this time laminate flooring will become the most popular type of coating. Its production is projected to double.
The market is filled with both domestic and imported products. Russian production is at the stage of rapid development, which allows to significantly press out Western companies in many segments, such as linoleum and certain types parquet. According to experts' forecasts, in the near future, high production capacities of domestic manufacturers will allow Russian products dominate more market segments.
Recently, there has been a change in the nature of demand for floor coverings. Price, as a factor determining the choice, gradually fades into the background. The criteria for evaluating products by the buyer are design and safety. The middle and high price segments are starting to attract more attention from the potential customer.
The nature of production is also undergoing some changes. This mainly concerns floorings made of natural wood: the production of block parquet is declining in favor of artistic solutions, the production of parquet boards is growing in the mid-price segment, and the volume of production of massive floorboards is growing.
The crisis will seriously affect the flooring market, namely, a decrease in activity in the segment of ceramic tiles, parquet and carpets is expected, while in the cheaper segment, a slight revival is possible.

Floor covering market will grow by $ 100 billion

I agree with the report “Type of flooring market by material (carpets and rugs, resilient (vinyl, cork, linoleum, rubber, resin), inelastic (ceramics, stone, wood, laminate)), end use (residential, non-residential) published by MarketsandMarkets ™, The size of the flooring market is estimated to grow from $ 339.29 billion in 2018 to $ 447.74 billion by 2023. The market is expected to experience steady growth in the coming years due to increased activity in renovation and remodeling, driven by rapid industrialization and urbanization. Increased investment in the construction industry, a growing population and a growing focus on interior decorating are also some of the key factors driving the growth of the flooring market.

The vinyl segment is expected to grow at its most high level during the forecast period.

Vinyl is one of the most versatile materials used in floors. Its resistance to mold, mildew and moisture makes it one of the most suitable flooring options for applications where spills and moisture are the main cases. Its low cost and easy installation also contribute to its growing popularity in a range of residential and commercial applications. LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) is one of the popular forms of vinyl flooring and is gaining popularity as a versatile flooring solution, offering durability and a variety of design options. It offers price advantages over other premium materials due to its minimal maintenance requirements and high durability. These factors contribute to the expansion of its application in the corporate, hotel business, healthcare and other commercial sectors.

The residential segment dominated the market in 2017 and this trend will continue until 2023 as a result of the demand for aesthetic flooring materials and the growing trend towards interior furnishings. Housing renovation and maintenance have been steadily increasing in recent times and are expected to continue to grow in the coming years, driven by increased disposable income of people. These factors are expected to drive demand for residential flooring.

The Asia Pacific region is projected to be the fastest growing market for sex during the forecast period. Growth in the region can be attributed to a growing construction industry supporting public policy and plans and rapid urbanization. During the forecast period, China is projected to grow at the highest CAGR in the Asia Pacific flooring market. The Middle East and African market is expected to grow at the second highest CAGR between 2018 and 2023.

Major players in the flooring market include Mohawk Industries (USA), Shaw Industries (USA), Tarkett (France), Armstrong Flooring (USA), Forbo (Switzerland), Gerflor (France), Beaulieu International (Belgium), TOLI Corporation (Japan) and Milliken & Company (USA). These players have an extensive product portfolio and geographic presence. New product launches, expansion, investments, acquisitions and partnerships are some of the main strategies adopted by key players in the flooring market.

There is a positive trend in the development of the flooring market in 2016. Global sales amounted to 476 million m2, while Asia and the United States are showing a decent result.

According to a report by manufacturers belonging to the European Association of Laminate Flooring (EPLF), in 2016 global sales of laminate flooring made in Europe amounted to 476 million m² (2015: 452 million m²). Thus, the growth was 5.6% when compared with the previous year.

Domestic market of EPLF - Western Europe - in 2016 remained in general equilibrium. North America and Asia saw strong double-digit growth again in 2016; in Eastern Europe, impressive growth was shown primarily by the relatively large markets of Russia, Poland and Romania. In South America, sales of EPLF laminate flooring remained broadly stable in 2016.

Germany maintains leading sales figures for laminate flooring

Sales in Western Europe (including Turkey) totaled 249 million m² in 2016 (2015: 254 million m²). This represents a slight decline of 1.5% over the previous year. Germany, with sales of 63 million m² (2015: 66 million m²) and a decline of 3.6%, remains the most important market in Central Europe, far behind the competition.

France showed in 2016 with its 37 million m2 ( last year- 37 million m²) stable results and ranked second in Europe. In the UK, the upward trend in sales of EPLF members continued, with sales of 33 million m² in 2016 (previous year 31 million m²), an increase of 8%. Thus, the country is in third place before Turkey, where the association's turnover collapsed again in 2016. Here, the sales figures for laminate flooring fell by 15%, amounting to 26 million m² (previous year - 31 million m²). The Netherlands with its 19.3 million m² (previous year - 19.1 million m²) holds the fifth place. Spain is next with about 17 million m² (previous year - 15 million m²) and an increase of 8.7%.

Sales of European laminate in Russia grew by 16.7% compared to the same period in 2015

In Eastern Europe, significantly more EPLF laminates were again sold in 2016 than in the previous year: 126 million m² (previous year: 111 million m²), providing European laminate manufacturers with a 13.4% growth. Back in 2015, the association learned that about 20 million m2 of products manufactured by its members in Russia are not included in the statistics for various reasons. In 2016, EPLF members reported sales in Russia of about 34 million m² (previous year - 29 million m²), thus achieving growth rates of 16.7%. Sales in Poland in 2016 amounted to approximately 31 million m² (previous year - 28 million m²), which corresponds to an increase of 8.6%. Romania developed in a similar way - 13.6 million m² (previous year - 11.1 million m²). It is followed by Ukraine with its 6.2 million m² (previous year - 4.7 million m²), as well as Hungary and Bulgaria - 5 million m² each. The largest sales growth was shown by the leading German, Belgian and Austrian brands. Sales in Russia in 2016, despite the crisis, reached the highest rates.

In North America, the successful European laminate flooring series has shown continuous growth for the fourth year in a row: in 2016, with 47 million m² sales (39 million m² last year), the growth rate increased again: 22.6% more than in the previous year. The USA showed in 2016 with its 29 million m² (previous year - 25 million m²) an increase of 18%, in Canada in 2016 with sales of 18 million m² (previous year - 14 million m²) the growth was about 30%.

A similar situation is developing in the Asia-Pacific region, where the volume products sold of producers belonging to the EPLF association amounted to about 27 million m2 in 2016 (previous year - 17 million m2) and, thus, an increase in comparison with the previous year reached approximately 54%. However, this should take into account the statistical effects. Due to the expansion of the list of countries of the EPLF association, some states previously referred to as "Other countries" were identified in 2016 and referred to Asia, for example, Kazakhstan (2.8 million m2) or Uzbekistan (0.8 million m2), Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan (0.7 million m2 each). The largest growth in Asia in 2016 was in the Chinese market, including Hong Kong, with 8.6 million m² sold (previous year 5.6 million m²), representing an increase of over 53% over the previous year. Israel's indicators were 2.4 million m2 (previous year - 2.5 million m2), Saudi Arabia- 2.7 million m2 (previous year - 2.8 million m2), Taiwan - 1.6 million m2 (previous year - 1.5 million m2).

Latin America in 2016 with its 17 million m² (previous year - 17 million m²) remained generally stable. Sales in the largest national market, Chile, increased from the previous year to 7.3 million m² (previous year 6.8 million m²), an increase of 7.5%. Indicators of Mexico amounted to 4.3 million m2 (previous year - 4.5 million m2), Colombia - 1.5 million m2 (previous year - 2 million m2), in Argentina, dropped to 1.4 million m2 (previous year - 1 , 8 million m2).

In 2016 it was 82.6 million sq. m, showing an increase of 3% in relation to 2015. At the moment the market is recovering after a quarter of consumption in 2015, which occurred as a result of a fall in the construction market. It is the construction sector that first of all suffers from such negative trends in the economy as a reduction in investment, freezing of projects and a decrease in the purchasing power of the population, which ultimately affected the fall in laminate consumption.

According to the sitessia research, the market showed slight growth in 2016, which was to some extent associated with a shift in consumer preferences - switching from more expensive coatings (parquet boards, parquet) to cheaper ones (laminate).

Volume and dynamics of the Russian laminate market

The Russian laminate market in 2016 amounted to about 82.6 million square meters. m, 3% higher than in 2015 (2.4 million sq. m). In value terms, the volume of the laminate market in 2016 is estimated at 24.3 billion rubles.

In 2015, the volume of consumption of laminate flooring fell by 25%, which was caused by a drop in business activity in construction industry due to a general stagnation of the economy, a weakening of the national currency and a decrease in investment investments. At the same time, due to a serious decline in imports (-45.8% at the end of 2015), the demand for Russian-made laminate flooring decreased to a lesser extent.

The past few years have been characterized by a reorientation of the market towards domestically produced products. As a result of the rise in import prices due to the depreciation of the ruble against the US dollar, the products of domestic laminate manufacturers gained a competitive advantage in relation to laminates from Europe and Asia. The production capacity for the production of laminate has increased in last years- several new factories were opened on the territory of Russia. According to experts, at the moment the total volume production facilities for the production of laminate in Russia, exceeds the volume of apparent consumption. This factor, combined with a weak national currency, will further contribute to the further increase in exports.

Already in 2016, the consumption of laminate in the Russian Federation began to grow noticeably, in 2017 it is expected that consumption volumes will remain at the level of 2016. Due to the reduction in real incomes of the population, laminate, thanks to a successful combination of price and quality, gains an advantage over more expensive types of floor coverings ( e.g. parquet). In the medium term, market development will be supported by the gradual recovery of the Russian economy and the growth of construction.

The volume of supply on the laminate market in 2013-2016 and forecast for 2017-2025, million sq. m (within the framework of the baseline development scenario)

Laminate market structure: production, export, import, consumption

Until 2015, in the laminate market, imported products prevailed over domestic ones: the share of imports in the volume of laminate consumption was about 64% (data from 2013). However, as a result of a sharp rise in the cost of imported products, its share in the total consumption of laminate flooring fell to about 45% (2015 data), and continued to decline to 40.2% in 2016.

Thanks to the favorable export conditions, the number of products supplied abroad is growing. In 2016, the share of exports in production increased to 21.7%, which is more than twice the figure in 2013. For more information on import and export operations, see Chapters 7-9.

V medium term the gradual recovery in the construction market is expected to lead to an increase in laminate consumption. This, in turn, will become an incentive both for increasing the output of domestic producers and for importers. Domestic production is expected to grow at a faster pace than consumption and imports due to the potential for more intensive use of production capacities. The growth in production will increase competition between leading manufacturers and will contribute to an increase in the supply of domestic products to foreign markets.

Dynamics and structure of the laminate market in 2013-2016 and forecast up to 2025, thousand sq. m (within the framework of the baseline development scenario)

Consumption structure by federal districts

The consumption of laminate flooring is determined by the volume of construction of new buildings, as well as the scale of renovation of already built objects. Therefore, the consumption structure is estimated based on the volume of construction work. At the end of 2016, the largest consumer of laminate flooring remains Tsentralny federal district with a share of 29.7% in kind. The second place with a share of 20% is occupied by the Volga Federal District, the third - by the Siberian Federal District (11.6%).

Laminate market: development forecast

In the medium term, the consumption of laminate flooring will be determined by the general situation in the economy and the state of the construction market. Expected moderate growth in the coming years, amid revival in construction industry, also a noticeable stimulus for production growth will be an increase in export deliveries.
