Documents such as the act of readiness of the foundations for the installation of equipment and the act of readiness of the premises are part of the document flow between the customer and the installation organization at the preparation stage building structures to the installation of equipment. The act of construction readiness for the installation of equipment

Various stages of acceptance for accounting and installation are documented in separate documentation. For example, acceptance of purchased equipment for accounting is formalized in form No. OS-14 (acceptance certificate). The fact of preparing an object under construction for the installation of equipment is documented by an act of transferring the premises for installation of equipment. When sending an accounting object to the installation, an act is filled out in the form No. OS-15.

The equipment is handed over for installation by the installation organization after the commission checks the supporting structures and (or) foundations specially prepared for it.

The fact of preparing an object under construction for the installation of equipment is documented by an act of construction readiness for the installation of equipment.

The equipment itself (fixed machines, devices, devices) is installed by attaching to the walls or foundations of buildings. Completion of the appropriate installation of equipment precedes its acceptance for accounting for the purpose for which it was purchased. Therefore, checking the readiness for the installation of equipment and subsequent actions to connect it to the walls and foundation is the most important stage of construction.

The task of issuing the act in question is to record the results of control over:

  • compliance of building structures and foundations with established projects;
  • ready for installation.

After the verification is completed, a document is drawn up with the signatures of the members of the commission.

The legislation does not establish a mandatory unified form for the type of documentation in question. Each entity has the right to apply such documentation, approved independently.

The act must contain the following information:

  • what designs are tested;
  • where exactly they are located;
  • confirmation of the fact of readiness for installation of equipment;
  • identified defects or the fact of their absence.

The act of checking the installation of equipment on the foundation

Installation involves a competent distribution of the stages of installation of individual supporting structures, components and assemblies in compliance with all established requirements. Installation of objects includes securing equipment to foundations or other support structures, connecting it to networks, control panels, bringing it to a state of readiness for operation.

After the completion of work (or individual stages of work) on installation, a special act is drawn up. It fixes the fact of completion of the installation of the object on the foundation in compliance with all necessary requirements. It indicates:

  • names and numbers of equipment;
  • its quantity and functionality;
  • technical data and other necessary information about the installed objects;
  • information about the customer's claims or lack thereof;
  • details of the relevant agreement and the date of signing.

This act is signed by the parties and drawn up in two copies.

The main task of the formation of this act is to record information about the installation, the completion of the installation stage and the absence of claims from the parties to each other. Without such fixation, acceptance of equipment after installation will not take place. Subsequently, the act can be applied in case of problems arising as a result of poor-quality work, etc.

Note. The diagram must be drawn up so that the location of each joint can be found from the surface of the earth. To do this, bindings to permanent ground objects (buildings, structures) of both the gas pipeline itself and its characteristic points (terminals, turning points, etc.) must be made; distances between joints, as well as between joints and characteristic points, including intersected communications, should be plotted. Strict adherence to the scale of the scheme is optional.

4. Checking the depth of the gas pipeline, slopes, beds, devices of cases, wells, carpets (compiled for underground gas pipelines and gas inlets)

Acceptance of a construction site also includes control over the installation of electrical equipment carried out inside it. All data obtained during the check is entered into a special document - an act of technical readiness of electrical installation work.

Creation of the commission

To check the technical readiness of the object in terms of electrics, a special commission is created. It consists of representatives of several organizations:

  • customer company;
  • general contractor;
  • contractor;
  • performer.

External experts can be included if necessary, especially if we are talking about some complex, specific electrical equipment, instruments and technology.

Tasks of the Commission

Before proceeding with the inspection of electrical work, as well as checking the technical readiness of electrical communications and equipment, members of the commission should familiarize themselves with the accompanying regulatory documentation. These can be various kinds of SNiPs, PUE, etc. Then, control measures, inspections and start-up of electrical appliances, the quality of their installation, uninterrupted operation is monitored. All actions are detailed in the act.

Purpose of the document

The act allows you to solve several important points at once:

  1. it shows the technical condition of electrical communications and devices;
  2. reflects all the shortcomings and shortcomings in the electrician;
  3. allows you to ensure the protection of the interests of all parties involved in the construction of the facility (if any shortcomings are revealed in the future regarding electrical equipment);
  4. perhaps the most the main task, solved with the help of the act, is the admission of the object on which the electrical work was carried out to operation (or the lack of admission, if everything is bad at the facility).

Sometimes, on the basis of this act, claims are made for the quality of electrical work performed.

This is especially true if, in the case of further use of the object, wiring short circuits, fires occur, and it may be necessary to identify the culprit.

Thus, this is an extremely important document, so it is necessary to treat it carefully and prescribe in detail all the subtleties and features of the installation of electrical structures, communications and equipment. And, by the way, if at this stage some serious omissions and imperfections are revealed, it is better to postpone the preparation of the act, waiting for their complete elimination.

Features of compiling a document

If you have been assigned to draw up an act of technical readiness for electrical work, carefully read the recommendations below and see an example of a document.

Before proceeding to the descriptive part, we present general information. Since 2013 standard forms primary documents abolished, so that employees of enterprises can write them in any form. If any of the organizations involved in the acceptance of electrical work has an approved document form, then it is better to make an act according to its template (this is the most convenient option, since it saves time, and besides, you don’t have to think about its structure and content).

You can draw up an act on a letterhead or on a blank sheet of any suitable format (usually A4), filling it out by hand or on a computer. Information should be entered carefully, trying to avoid inaccuracies, blots and corrections.

The only thing important condition to be observed in without fail- certify the form with the signatures of all members of the commission who were present at the certification of the technical readiness of electrical work at the facility.

Stamps on the form should be put only if the requirement for its use is enshrined in accounting policy organizations.

The act is drawn up in several identical copies - one for each of the interested parties. Information about the act must be entered in a special accounting journal (these are usually available at all construction enterprises).

An example of drawing up an act

When formulating the text of the document, keep in mind that its composition and content must comply with certain rules of business documentation.
The act has a so-called "cap" - it fits here:

  • Title of the document;
  • date and place ( locality) drafting;
  • organizations involved in the construction of the facility and the installation of electrical communications (with the designation of their role - customer, general contractor, installation company);
  • composition of the commission, i.e. positions, last names, first names, patronymics of representatives of all enterprises, as well as the address of the facility where they work are written.
  • first, the nature of the control actions carried out by the commission is described;
  • then a list of design and technical documentation, in accordance with which electrical work was carried out;
  • deviations from the project, imperfections, information about tests are indicated.

If necessary, this part of the form can be expanded (depending on the needs of the commission members and the individual characteristics of the object). All papers attached to it must be included in the act.

At the end, the committee members give their opinion on electrical work, as well as on the admission of the object (in terms of electrics) to operation. At the end, the act is signed by all persons involved in this procedure.
