Installation involves a competent distribution of the stages of installation of individual support structures, components and assemblies in compliance with all established requirements. Installation of facilities includes securing equipment to foundations or other support structures, connecting it to networks, control panels, making it ready for work.
After the completion of the work (or separate stages of work) on the installation, a special act is drawn up. He records the fact of completion of the installation of the object on the foundation in compliance with all necessary requirements... It indicates:
- equipment names and numbers;
- its quantity and functionality;
- technical data and other necessary information about the installed objects;
- information about the customer's claims or lack thereof;
- details of the relevant agreement and the date of signing.
This act is signed by the parties and executed in duplicate.
The main task of the formation of this act is to fix information about the installation, the completion of the installation stage and the absence of claims from the parties to each other. To check the technical readiness of the facility in terms of electrical engineering, a special commission is created. It includes representatives of several organizations:

Tasks of the Commission
Before proceeding with the inspection of electrical work, as well as checking the technical readiness of electrical communications and equipment, the members of the commission should familiarize themselves with the accompanying regulatory documents... These can be various kinds of SNiPs, PUEs, etc. Then, control activities, inspection and start-up of electrical appliances, the quality of their installation, uninterrupted operation is monitored. All actions fit into the act in detail.
Purpose of the document
The act allows you to solve several important points at once:
- it shows the technical condition of electrical communications and devices;
- reflects all the imperfections and shortcomings in the electrical;
- allows you to ensure the protection of the interests of all parties involved in the construction of the facility (if any shortcomings in terms of electrical equipment are revealed in the future);
- the most, perhaps the main task, solved with the help of an act - this is the admission of the object on which the electrical work was carried out, before operation (or lack of admission, if everything is bad at the object).
Sometimes, on the basis of this act, claims are made on the quality of the performed electrical work.
This is especially true if, in the event of further use of the object, wiring short-circuits, fires occur, and it is sometimes necessary to identify the culprit.
Thus, this is an extremely important document, therefore, it is necessary to treat it carefully and prescribe in detail all the subtleties and features of the installation of electrical structures, communications and equipment. And, by the way, if at this stage some serious omissions and imperfections are revealed, it is better to postpone the preparation of the act, waiting for them to be completely eliminated.
Features of drawing up a document

Before proceeding with the descriptive part, we give general information... Since 2013 standard forms primary documents abolished, so that employees of enterprises can write them in any form.
