    Comprehensive automation of the corporate lending process is the most important task facing many banks in the country today. One of the interesting examples of successful implementation in this area is the system developed by Prognoz for Bank Saint Petersburg

    Prerequisite for the creation software package was the fact that Bank Saint Petersburg needed modern effective tools for automating corporate lending, which would have an understandable configuration mechanism, would make it possible to actively use data from external systems (CRM, ABS, BKI) and were designed to solve a number of interrelated tasks in a single information space.

    Prognoz specialists have developed a system that is a symbiosis of two software products - and. Module " Credit risk”Was put into commercial operation in all additional offices of Bank Saint Petersburg in December 2012. Its main task is to fully automate the assessment process. credit rating for corporate business. Among the advantages software product- a clear interface for setting up borrower assessment methods. This made it possible to simplify the work of specialists of the Credit Risks Directorate in setting up methods, and also ensured the possibility of promptly making adjustments to the applied assessment methods without the participation of developers and support services.

    Module "Management loan portfolio»Was launched gradually, as the product processing schemes were implemented, since the bank abandoned the unified loan application processing scheme and chose the path of forming individual processing schemes for each product in order to reduce the mutual influences of changes made to credit programs.
    The module was put into commercial operation from February to August 2013. Its use made it possible to significantly reduce the time for processing applications for standard SME lending programs, improve the quality of credit analysis, and also almost exclude human errors from the lending process. The module successfully interacts not only with different systems bank (ABS, CRM), but also with external sources information such as bureaus credit histories... The visual mechanism for setting up business processes for processing applications made it possible to implement flexible and fast customization.

    The "Loan Portfolio Management" module provided users with advanced monitoring capabilities for collateral objects. Thus, the bank's specialists received not only a centralized and up-to-date storage of data on collateral objects, but also means for automatic control of the timing of routine procedures with automatic routing to bank specialists and visual monitoring tools for managers.

    The combined system provided convenient tools for analyzing the financial and economic activities of counterparties and calculating credit risk participants in the transaction, ensured the routing of applications to the bank's services when considering applications for standard lending programs for SMEs, made it possible to automate the formation of conclusions, check stop factors. Also among the solved tasks - the formation of groups of related borrowers, accounting and monitoring of collateral.

    During the implementation of the project, the solution was successfully integrated into the infrastructure of Bank Saint Petersburg, a seamless environment for lending to SMEs was created - from the moment of applying for a banking system and further support of the transaction, and to a large extent the routine operations performed by loan officers when considering loan applications other than standard programs.
