Many unemployed

Officially unemployed individual face.

For many years, he received a large income from the creation of websites to bank accounts in the form of transfers (until 2011) and cash with subsequent crediting through an ATM to a bank account.

So far, no questions have arisen to me, but I want to develop a strategy in case of any questions from banks, law enforcement agencies, financial monitoring or tax authorities.
The activity itself is not illegal, but it has not been formalized in any way (moreover, it has now been discontinued).

1) If banks or law enforcement agencies start asking - How can a very large and regular income (mainly cash) be explained without problems from the state or banks (115 FZ)?
By avoiding any confiscations.

2) Can I explain (avoiding sanctions and fines) income by gifts in the form of cash from relatives?

3) Can questions arise with a large movement of funds? For example, when buying real estate (individual, unemployed)

We are talking about very large amounts.

You can explain, but not the fact that your explanations will be accepted. If it comes to court, then you will have to prove your version, for example, with the testimony of your relatives. At the same time, they must explain to the court where they got this money, provide account statements, for example.

The woman's husband is unemployed and a heavy drinker.

Hello Denis! If the intent to inflict grievous or medium bodily harm in excess of the limits of necessary defense is proven, then you face liability under Part 1 of Art. 114 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Article 114. Infliction of grave or moderate harm to health when the limits of necessary defense are exceeded or when the measures necessary for the arrest of a person who have committed a crime are exceeded years, or restriction of liberty for up to one year, or forced labor for up to one year, or imprisonment for the same period. (as amended by Federal Law of 07.12.2011 N 420-FZ) There is a chance to get off with a suspended sentence or restraint of freedom. A lawyer should be hired.

I have no money to pay the fine, but a lot of free time (temporarily unemployed), how can I and can I compensate for it in forced labor.?
If there is an answer, then to the post office (no cell phone).
Thank you Ivan.

According to the current legislation, it is impossible to replace the payment of an administrative fine with correctional labor. You can write a statement on the deferral of execution.

That's when they bring them to court, according to Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, instead of punishment in the form of a fine, in the amount of 2 times the amount previously imposed, a fine, ask not to impose a fine, but ask to impose an administrative arrest day instead of a fine.

I sell an apartment that my father gave me, less than 3 years old. I have been unemployed for many years. Am I entitled to a property deduction of 1 million rubles from taxable income? After all, as an unemployed person, I do not pay tax.

Hello, you have no rights to a tax deduction And about a million, you generally misunderstand the rule of law

Of course not

DD. Like many people, a difficult period in life came, I remained unemployed in an urban-type settlement, dependent on my parents. The bank constantly calls, threatens with Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, they say the apartment will be taken away and everything else ... Before my crisis I lived in Yekaterinburg and worked in a bank myself and I know 100% what they can do nothing but collect from me through the courts ... since I took 100 tr, but left with all their wrap and penny 43 tr. The question is: I am enraged by the imperturbable arrogance of bank employees and their threats. There is a record where the employee introduced himself, threatened me with Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, leaving the foreclosure group, saying that you will give everything as dear, with an inventory of property, eviction from an apartment, arrest of a driver's license and much more ... How can I sue them, so that the Central Bank of the Russian Federation would take away licensed them?

Good day! these are just threats from banks, without a court decision, they will not be able to describe the property, they also have no right to take an apartment.

Contact the police with the record. BUT by and large you will not do anything to them. Change the tactics of your behavior - do not answer calls and provocations.

There are many debts to banks. I am unemployed now. There are no funds to carry out bankruptcy. What to do?

Hello. Don't pay, wait to get sued

Hello! Apply for restructuring and forfeit reduction

Pay as much as you can, if you are sued, it will be more profitable for you.

Sberbank cards have been blocked! I am now unemployed and there is no way to pay much, if I pay 300 rubles for calls from the bank for the end? And we have a mortgage with my wife, but she won't take half of the house on it?

If you have a delay in your mortgage, then the apartment will definitely be arrested

I have 4 loans in one bank, more than 600 thousand, I became unemployed, I do not pay a lot, I want to try to go bankrupt. Please tell me what to do for this?

You can file a bankruptcy petition with the arbitration court. You need documents confirming the debt, a list of debtors and creditors, an inventory of property, documents for property, income statements (Article 213.4 of the Bankruptcy Law).

I have been working for many years, at the moment I am unemployed, I want to buy an apartment from the accumulated money for 2 million rubles. From the money earned, 13% was withheld at the expense of the state! How do I get my tax deduction back 260 tr. from buying an apartment?

Contact the tax office. How long you have been unemployed plays a role.

Came from the army. Unemployed. To wash the car a lot of water at home. I was driving from the village and on the way went to the swamp where I saw many times that they were washing the car there. I drove there a sign of no one and in general nothing forbade washing it. I drove up and began to wipe it, I see an UAZ going by puts a sign that washing is prohibited, and they are coming to me. fined for 3000 I tell them that there was no sign, he does not care. By the way, the State Inspector for Fisheries fined me, I tell him like why are you fining me, and he answers me like the territory belongs to some kind of boat station and I work there and therefore I fine you. I say, show those documents to the territory and he is like what I say to a deer. 60 days have passed and I haven't paid the fine. A letter came after 4 months like they were summoned to them on November 3, I came and they draw up a protocol for a double fine, I say that I am not guilty. And as they sent a letter, they removed 3000 from the card. They say that I was found guilty and fined 3000 rubles and sent the decree by mail, there was no letter, I affirm it, but they don't care. If the decision came to me, I could appeal within 10 days but it was not. The question is how to return the money to me on the card if the decision on my guilt has not come? And in general, what to do?

The only option is to resolve your problem in court to file a complaint against the cancellation of the Resolution

I am 57 years old. I work at a school. Today the director at the teachers' council said that there are many unemployed young people, so a recommendation was made to get rid of pensioners. Is it legal? Can a working pensioner be fired just because he is a pensioner?

No, such dismissal is not legal. If this happens, then immediately (within 1 month) you need to go to court with a demand for reinstatement at work.

My ex-husband has been unemployed for many years (since 2004) and paid alimony three times less than the due amount. And he himself works unofficially in the north under a contract and earns good money. Since the amount for the payment of alimony today is almost 10 thousand for the unemployed, so he decided to register himself as an individual entrepreneur (since 2011) and show the minimum income to reduce the amount of alimony arrears. Please tell me whether this position is natural?

You have only one way out - to ask the court to stop the alimony in hard cash.

We have a lot of loans and my mother was fired from her job, while my mother is unemployed, there is no money to pay off the loans, my mother got sick and was in the hospital, and the creditors call every day, I explain the situation to them, but it seemed to them that it did not matter to them, I wanted to write statements that to suspend payments, they said it is necessary to pay the debt first, but there is no money, what to do in this situation?

If you cannot pay the loan, then it is better not to pay a dime. Remember that NOBODY CAN: a) take your only apartment or house (Russia); b) deprive you of parental rights to children; c) put you in jail (prosecute) just because you cannot pay (unless, of course, you provided false information about yourself upon receiving a loan and are not hiding your income now); d) send a field group to you or someone else (except for bailiffs). If they come to your home or work - take the phone, dial 02, call the police and shout that you are being robbed; e) call you at work. If it happened that you called your supervisor, tell him that you require him to be your witness in the police, where you will go immediately after work, and that his failure to appear is fraught with administrative responsibility. ... Let the bank sue. Answer all phone calls like this: "I will pay only through the courts." Your salvation is in court. It is in court, and not otherwise, you will be able to reduce penalties and fines, ask the court to apply Article 333 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. After the court makes a decision, also apply to the court for an installment plan for the execution of the court decision. As for your credit history, it is already hopelessly flawed. WHAT EXACTLY DO NOT DO: 1. ask the bank to restructure the debt. Conditions will be onerous, you will run into even greater debts; 2. pay less than specified in the contract. The entire amount will practically go nowhere - to pay fabulous penalties and fines (which are quite realistic to reduce if the bank sues), and the amount of the principal debt will not decrease; 3. pay collectors; 4. to provide the bank with any information about yourself. They use it to your detriment; 5. Talk to a bank representative for a long time. It is enough to rudely interrupt him, send him in three letters and hang up, so that he does not have time to influence your psyche (and they can do that). 6. Use various programs such as "Debtor", "Escalat" or "Assistance in repayment of loans". Their goal is to get money from you. They will not be able to do anything out of the ordinary for you. At the end of the day, remember that the bank is also to blame. Before issuing a loan, he had to make sure of your solvency. If this was not done, it was the bank's fault. Sooner or later, the loan and interest on it, of course, will still have to be returned. But the bank will have to moderate its predatory appetites for penalties and fines.

I'm on maternity leave for my second child. The husband is unemployed. The husband has many obligations to the banks. Is there any opportunity to use maternity capital to pay off debts? Thanks!

with the help of MK it is possible to pay off only the mortgage - see Federal Law No. 256-FZ of December 29, 2006 "On additional measures of state support for families with children."

The father of my child has been unemployed for many years - he is not listed anywhere at work and is not listed on the stock exchange. However, he owns 2 businesses, from which he has been living for many years. Both businesses are registered to a different person. In what amount of the monetary amount of alimony can I (have the right) collect from the child's father in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation?

the amount of alimony is appointed by the court, based on the specific situation, the amount of alimony is not established by law

Is it possible to take the first child back to the mother if the father has been unemployed for a long time and lives with his mother. That is, on the mother's neck.

You can, if everyone agrees, if not - through the court - determine again the child's place of residence

you can go to court with a claim to determine the child's place of residence

is it possible to take the first child back to the mother if the father has been unemployed for a long time and lives with his mother, i.e. on the mother's neck Artem Sergeevich, if the mother is not deprived of parental rights, she has every right to simply take her child and take her home ...

Faced such a question. Here in our country there are a lot of unemployed people, and even a lot of those working in low-paid jobs, who resort to the so-called left-wing wages or covenants. So, are they obliged by law to pay taxes? Is tax evasion persecuted by left-wing workers? I know that abroad this is severely punished with fines. (I got interested, because if it is not punishable by law, then you can safely leave official work and have a Sabbath right and left!)

By virtue of article 207 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (part 2) "Taxpayers of the tax on income of individuals (hereinafter in this chapter - taxpayers) are individuals who are tax residents of the Russian Federation, as well as individuals who receive income from sources in the Russian Federation who are not tax residents of the Russian Federation 2. Tax residents are individuals who actually stay in the Russian Federation for at least 183 calendar days within 12 consecutive months. for short-term (less than six months) treatment or training. work outside the Russian Federation. For the purposes of this chapter, income from sources in the Russian Federation includes: remuneration for the performance of labor or other duties, work performed, service rendered, action performed in the Russian Federation. "At the same time, every employee who receives a salary in an envelope should be aware of in the fact that he deprives himself of pension savings, which in turn affect the size of the future pension, as well as the right to use tax deductions in full. tax agent) tax, is obliged to independently declare such income at the place of residence by April 30 of the next year and independently pay tax by July 15. If a taxpayer is obliged to submit, but did not submit a tax return on personal income tax, then he bears liability provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 119 of the Tax Code and the Russian Federation, in the form of a fine. In addition, Article 198 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation establishes liability for tax evasion and / or tax evasion from an individual. Additionally: Until a non-cash payment is made in the Russian Federation, "black cash" will only harm the economy of the state, and therefore, it is necessary to make payments between FL and LE transparent.

Pregnancy 12 weeks. A week as unemployed, dismissed of her own free will, there are a lot of reasons, first of all, her state of health. Can I register with the Tsz and count on some kind of allowance at the place of residence. Thank you in advance.

Yes, you have the right to register at an employment center. And you will receive the allowance only if you are not offered a suitable job.

For many years I have been regularly paying alimony until today. became unemployed and the daughter she paid for began to drink, smoke and study poorly, and BZ registered a marriage with another and gave birth to three more children. The first question is how to get rid of payments, because there is a child who lives with me, and the second question is how to put the BZ in place so that the child I pay is watching?

1. If the current husband Ex. the wife did not adopt the child, then you continue to pay child support for your daughter until the age of 18. Decide for yourself

I have a mortgage for many years. While there was work, I paid regularly. Now I am unemployed and a single mother to boot. What's next for me?

Sveta, hello. Unfortunately, there is nothing to please you. If you do not repay the mortgage loan, the bank will sue and impose a foreclosure on the apartment taken on the mortgage. At the same time, the situation is absolutely not excluded that you will be evicted from the apartment, you will lose the initial payment made with the mortgage and the payments made, and you still have to stay with the bank. Advice. Make payments on the loan as much as possible. When it becomes impossible, notify the bank in writing, propose to temporarily change the loan repayment schedule so that only interest is paid until the solvency is restored. The main thing is not to "run" from the bank, do not allow the formation of a penalty debt.

Hello Svetlana! If possible, the loan must be paid. Write a letter to the bank asking for debt restructuring and considering deferring payments for at least three months. Judging by your question, you cannot just sit at home without work. Good luck and more advice in St. Petersburg, very strong human rights activists in public organizations for the protection of consumer rights. Show them your documents, I think they will not refuse help and advice. It is easier to solve the problem on the spot. Good luck Tatiana

I am unemployed. My wife has not worked anywhere for many years and demands from me alimony in the amount of 5,000 rubles, and in addition I pay the child for the phone and other trifles. How to find out how much I have to pay by law as an unemployed person.

Mikhail, a child must receive at least 1 minimum wage per month, today it is 4330 rubles, but both parents must support him. At least according to the law, you must pay 0.5 minimum wages (2165 rubles) And then as the court decides or on the basis of an agreement between the spouses.

Recently, the media published an interview with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, dedicated to the results of the government's work in the outgoing year. In particular, the topic of labor migrants in the Russian economy was touched upon. I would like to make my comments on this matter.

Scale of unused labor resources: official statistics. Here is the prime minister's key phrase: “Only a dishonest person says that we can do without an additional inflow of labor resources. Russia is too big and we need additional labor resources. " The words are more than strange. Considering that we have high unemployment in our country, and the government periodically declares the need to create new jobs.

What is the scale of unemployment in our country? Even among our departments, there is no common opinion and common assessments on this matter. The Federal Service for Labor and Employment provides statistics on unemployment based on the number of applications received from the unemployed to the territorial bodies of the Federal Service. Over the past decade, data from the Federal Service (which are published on a monthly basis) have ranged from 1 to 2 million people. Obviously, these are grossly underestimated figures, since not all unemployed people apply for unemployment benefits and job search.

Rosstat compiles its statistics, which is based on periodic surveys (those who, in their responses, report that they do not have a job, but are actively looking for it, are considered unemployed). Over the past decade, Rosstat unemployment rates have ranged from 5 to 6 million people. Let's take into account that the number of our employees is about 70 million people. Consequently, the average unemployment rate has been around 7% over the past decade. True, Rosstat reports that in 2012 the unemployment rate dropped to 5.5%. However, this is also a lot. Besides, this is the "average temperature in the hospital." In several regions, unemployment is below average (for example, in the Moscow region - 2.9%, in the Leningrad region - 3.2%), but in a number of regions its level is extremely high. I will name only those regions in which it is above 10%: Ingushetia - 47.7; Chechnya - 29.8; Tyva - 18.4; Kalmykia - 13.1; Dagestan - 11.7; Altai - 11.6; Trans-Baikal Territory - 10.6.

It is easy to see that the prohibitively high level of unemployment in the national republics. This is no longer just an economic problem of "incomplete use of labor resources", but a socio-political problem, and an explosive one, especially when it is superimposed on the problems of national relations.

The problem of unemployment is especially acute in the so-called monotowns, the number of which in Russia is over 330 (every third city). And youth unemployment! In the country, according to Rosstat, the average unemployment rate among young people aged 15-24 last year was 16.8%. Among urban youth - 14%; among rural areas - 23.5%. The coefficient of excess of the unemployment rate among young people on average for the age group 15-24 compared to the unemployment rate of the adult population aged 30-49 is 3.2 times (among the urban population - 3.5 times, the rural population - 2.5 times ). It is well known that employers do not like to hire young people without experience. There is no need to prove that youth unemployment deprives the country of its future.

On the real scale of unemployment in Russia. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that even Rosstat underestimates the real scale of this disaster. In particular, there is the so-called hidden unemployment. For example, people with part-time employment (most often not on their own) are no longer considered unemployed. We have a disproportionately high level of young people who go to universities after school. So, in 2010, the number of students in Russia per 1000 people was 61. For comparison: in Switzerland - 31, the Netherlands - 38, Austria - 37, Japan - 31. training; as a teacher, I know this firsthand) only delays the moment when a young man will join the army of the unemployed. But it helps Rosstat to improve the employment picture. And our bureaucratic apparatus! At all levels of government today there are about 2.5 million officials. At least half of them pretend to be working. There is an imitation of labor activity.

In 2011, unemployment was measured in Russia using the methodology of the well-known sociological firm Gallup (measurements were simultaneously carried out in dozens of other countries). This measurement showed that unemployment in our country is much higher than that reported by Rosstat. The Gallup methodology takes into account as unemployed even those who work, but work partially and would like to have a fuller workload. So, real unemployment, according to Gallup, in Russia in 2011 was above 20%. Among women, it was estimated at 22%, among men - at 19%. It turns out that real unemployment in Russia is 3-4 times higher than the Rosstat indicators.

Calculations of real unemployment have been carried out in many other countries. Its level was lower than in Russia in countries such as Finland, the Netherlands, Denmark, Israel, Belgium, Slovakia and Sweden. There are a number of countries in which real unemployment is higher than in Russia, but one must bear in mind the absolute scale of the army of the unemployed. Even according to Rosstat, this is 5-7 million people. In absolute terms, the officially declared number of unemployed in Russia is the largest among all countries that maintain official statistics on employment and unemployment. With the exception of the United States, but, as you know, in the United States, the total population is more than twice the population of Russia.

It is surprising that the problem of unemployment in our country, which today directly or indirectly affects not even millions, but tens of millions of Russian citizens, was essentially ignored by the Prime Minister. True, a little earlier (in the article “The time of simple decisions has passed”) he put forward a kind of “recipe” for the employment of our citizens, namely, to increase their “mobility”. That is, our citizens were asked to turn into internal migrants. Either wander around the country alone, or with the whole family. The concept of "home" in the conditions of building "wild capitalism" becomes superfluous and even harmful.

About the so-called dirty work. Let me cite one more quote from the reasoning of our Prime Minister: “But we need both those who build and those who are engaged in less skilled labor. Look, our unemployment is small, but it is not growing due to the fact that a large number of people come to us to work in those places to which our people are not very willing to go - to work in housing and communal services, to work as janitors or at a construction site. ... Unemployment is not growing simply because our people are not ready to do it and do not want to. "

The Prime Minister's thesis that unemployment is not growing in our country because of the arrival of guest workers is very strange. To begin with, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the citizens of Russia, according to the Prime Minister, do not want to engage in certain types of labor activity. This is a very serious issue that should be of concern to the Prime Minister and other government officials. Some types of work are called "dirty", they say, they are avoided by our fellow citizens.

Let's figure it out. In fact, these are not "dirty", but dangerous types of work. The situation in many industries today is simply appalling. And this is not a secret. Let's turn to the official statistics. Here are the relative indicators of the number of employees (in relation to the total number of employees in industry, construction, transport and communications) who work in unfavorable conditions (at the end of 2012 in percent).

Those employed in conditions that do not meet the hygienic standards of working conditions - 31.8%. Among them: those working under the influence of an increased level of noise, ultrasound, infrasound - 17.7%; working under the influence of an increased level of vibration - 5%; working in conditions of increased dustiness of the air in the working area - 5.3%; those working in conditions of increased gas contamination of the air in the working environment - 5.1%; those employed in heavy work - 13%; working on equipment that does not meet labor safety requirements - 0.5%; those employed in jobs associated with increased intensity of the labor process - 9.7%.

It turns out that a total of more than half of workers employed in the real sector of the economy (industry, construction, transport and communications) are forced to risk their health and even their lives. Often we are talking about a threat to the lives of not only the workers themselves, but also other people. For example, bus drivers can be categorized as workers associated with increased labor intensity. Overvoltage often results in car accidents and death of passengers and pedestrians. Why does the Prime Minister's report say nothing about what measures have been taken to re-equip production facilities in order to improve working conditions, how many enterprises were fined or closed for gross violations of labor conditions?

However, the question is rhetorical. Not said because nothing has been done. There is also Rosstat data on this score. Instead of improving working conditions, the authorities prefer to use living "robots" who are ready to work in any conditions.

Russian capitalism as a kind of slavery. Our citizens are deprived of the opportunity to work also because they do not receive proper remuneration for their work. And sometimes they don't get any at all. Overdue wage arrears, according to Rosstat, as of November 1, 2013 amounted to exactly 3 billion rubles. Taking into account that the total number of people employed in Russia is 71.5 million people, on average, 43 rubles are obtained per one employed. But this is the same "average temperature". If the prime minister, ministers, officials of different ranks are paid without delay, then in some enterprises payments are not made for many months, and the debt per employee (even with relatively low salaries) amounts to hundreds of thousands of rubles.

It's no secret that our citizens are ready to work even for a very modest remuneration. Even in so-called dirty industries. But their employers will never hire them, because it is easier not to pay or underpay an immigrant, especially an illegal one who is deprived of all rights.

In Moscow, a Russian person cannot get a job as a janitor, because such an employee will have to pay 100% of the salary, the amount of which is set by the city authorities. And the immigrant can only be paid a fraction. The rest goes into the pockets of thieving officials. Therefore, the calls of the authorities to fight corruption while maintaining the current policy of using labor immigrants is turning into an open farce. And attracting immigrants increases unemployment among the local population, contrary to Medvedev's assertion.

The topic of labor resources, employment and labor migrants, touched upon in the replies of the Prime Minister, is very broad and diverse. I touched only on some aspects, leaving behind the scenes cultural, religious, criminogenic, geopolitical and other aspects. I will summarize my reasoning. The system of labor relations, which the prime minister justifies in his interview-report, is aimed at serving the interests of “wild” Russian capitalism, which needs the cheapest and even slave labor force. In fact, we are dealing with a symbiosis of capitalism and slightly camouflaged slavery. Accordingly, the slave labor system eliminates the need and the possibility of carrying out any innovations that our Prime Minister is so fond of talking about.

At one time, slave labor in the Roman Empire led to the spiritual, moral and even physical corruption of free citizens - first the aristocracy, and then the common people (plebs). Then the empire itself perished. Continuing the course to attract labor migrants can lead to the same tragic consequences for our country.

Before I had time to publish my comments, the Prime Minister issued a new portion of distortions related to the economic situation in the Russian Federation. These distortions relate to the role and place of industry in the Russian economy. Here is a summary of this speech in the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" dated December 10, 2013. "Our plans. They are to create and modernize 25 million modern jobs by 2020 and, most importantly, to increase labor productivity by 50% in five years. Each opening of a new industrial enterprise is an important step towards achieving this ambitious goal, ”Medvedev said in his video blog. He did not agree with the opinion that Russia is only strong in oil and gas. “In fact, this statement does not in any way reflect the real picture of our economy, which is based on industrial production, where industrial production plays a very significant role,” the prime minister said.

Now I'm not even going to discuss the grandiose plans for the "industrialization" of Russia announced by Medvedev. As they say, no comment. I would like to draw your attention only to the last part of the article from Rossiyskaya Gazeta. Medvedev invites us to look at the "real picture of our economy" through his eyes. I don’t know with what eyes he looks at it, but as an economist, I first of all turn to statistics. It is clear that it distorts the real picture, but nevertheless it allows one to assess the long-term trends of economic processes. Below I offer a summary table based on Rosstat data.

As you can see, over the years of "reforms", the share of industry in the Russian economy has been steadily declining both in GDP and in employment. If we compare the indicators of the share of industry with the Soviet Union during the "stagnation", then this share in GDP and in employment in 2012 was almost two times lower than in 1980. For each opening of a new industrial enterprise, there were 10 closing. The disposal of fixed assets in industry exceeded and exceeds their renewal and the commissioning of new assets. The share of manufactured products in the country's exports is steadily declining. I do not want to bore the reader with statistics (note - official!), Which testify to the degradation of the industry. An additional impetus to the destruction of industry was given by the country's accession to the WTO last summer.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the process of industrial degradation continued and continues during Dmitry Anatolyevich's stay in the highest posts of state power in the Russian Federation (President of the Russian Federation, Prime Minister). As can be seen from the table, in 2005-2012 the share of industry in GDP decreased from 37.3% to 34.1%. At the same time, the share of the extractive industry (oil and gas) decreased slightly - from 8.6% to 8.2%, and the share of the manufacturing industry was more significant - from 28.6% to 25.9%. The share of industry in employment in 2005-2012 fell from 20% to 17%. At the same time, the share of the extractive industry increased from 1.8% to 2%, while the share of the manufacturing industry decreased from 18.2% to 15%. It is no longer necessary to say that during the indicated period of time the presence of foreign investors in the equity capital of many industrial enterprises has increased. That is, not only is the degradation of the industrial potential of Russia taking place, at the same time the remnants of the industry are passing under the control of foreign capital. All these "inconvenient" questions are bypassed by the Prime Minister.

Valentin Katasonov

Many people ask this question, around which there are many myths. But still, why are there so many unemployed? Let's figure it out.

"You have no job because you are a bum!"

This is impossible because there is very little support for the unemployed in Russia. A non-working person in Russia will not be able to pay the bills, he will be evicted from his apartment, and he will become a homeless person. Therefore, a Russian will still work, anywhere, in a non-permanent job, but he will look for money. What led to this? The capitalist system, where it is beneficial for the "employer" to keep a part of the workers on the street: this quite dramatically lowers the price of labor, that is, it makes it possible to lower wages. People are ready to work just to get something. And this situation is beneficial under capitalism for the ruling class

"You don't have a job because of your poor education"

Let's start with the fact that almost any education is good and necessary for society. Another question is whether the capitalists need this education? Businessmen need only education from workers from which they can profit. Therefore, in capitalist society, mainly applied disciplines are successful. Capital is invested in fundamental education (mathematics, physics, etc.) only when it sees huge profits in the future. Otherwise, this direction of capital is not needed. It turns out that there is no work not because of "bad" education, but because of the unfair capitalist system.

"Your requirements for work are too high"

Favorite excuse of the bourgeoisie. Ideally, the capitalist wants the worker to work for free, which is what happens when workers are thrown into wages. In general, the bourgeois, of course, pays a salary, but very small, while he also believes that the workers should thank him for such generosity, and the impudent ones who dare to think that the salary is small have “overstated requirements”. We believe that the bourgeois have overstated demands here. They are already robbing the workers, taking from them part of the value they have created, surplus value, which is a means of earning a bourgeois.

"You do not meet the requirements of the market and time"

There is no deception here. Capital really lives by the laws of the market. Capital is always looking for new ways to make a profit, and old ones that are no longer profitable are thrown away, along with thousands of jobs. These people are no longer needed by the bourgeoisie, and they vegetate in poverty. Under socialism, technical progress will also take place, obsolete production facilities will also be closed, but workers will not be abandoned, they will be retrained so that they can start working further. After all, they will be needed by society.

What does all this mean?

Everything that happens is a consequence of an unfair capitalist system, the essence of which is - private ownership of the means of production. The owners use the labor of workers who have nothing to sell but their own. work force... The owners, the capitalists, buy labor power from the worker (pay wages), but they do not pay the entire cost of labor power, but only part of it, the rest of the cost, surplus value, take it into their pocket, this is what makes up their wealth. It is profitable for the bourgeois to have an army of unemployed, because it brings down the price of labor: the worker is afraid of dismissal and agrees to work for a meager salary. In addition, if the workers do decide to fight for their rights, for example, to go on strike, they can always be fired and new workers hired, or not fired, but temporarily use the unemployed as strikebreakers. Under capitalism, the unemployed will always be.

What to do?

Only with the abolition of the capitalist mode of production through a revolutionary political struggle are the conditions for the economic and political oppression of the working class eliminated. Only then is it possible to establish the rule of the working class, dictatorship of the proletariat... Then the means of production are socialized, the former property of the capitalists becomes the property of the entire working class, and then the labor of the worker ceases to be a commodity, it becomes a contribution to socialist society, the purpose of which is to satisfy the constantly growing needs of society. This is the only way to eliminate unemployment. There is no other way.

There are many unemployed people in many countries now.

There are especially many unemployed among young people who have just finished school.

They do not have the required education and work experience.

Often, in order to obtain the qualifications necessary for work (education and work experience), one must complete special courses.

Young people receive unemployment benefits throughout the year.

They look for work, contact special agencies and look through advertisements in the newspaper under the heading “Wanted”.

Mary wanted to get a position as a receptionist, but there were 40 candidates for that position.

She did not receive it, now she agrees to any job, tk. she was tired of standing in line for benefits every week.

Roger is in his 50s. He has worked for the same company for over 30 years.

Due to the economic difficulties in the industry, he fell under a layoff.

He started looking for a job again, but since he is already over 50, he received many rejections.

All candidates were younger than him, although they had less experience.

He needs to get a new profession, but no one wants to train a person who is about to retire soon.

Unemployment is a difficult condition in life. There is uncertainty about how long this will last. There is unfounded censure from people who call the unemployed in every way, both lazy and stubborn. And there is an urgent need to pay for a roof over your head and have food on the table. All of these circumstances contribute to endless anxiety, feelings of worthlessness, and breakdowns in relationships. Experiencing unemployment means not losing heart, fueling your self-esteem, and finding the motivation to keep moving forward despite the hardships.

Steps

Part 1

achieving acceptance

Part 2

getting help

Apply for unemployment benefits. If you don't already know, check with your former employer or welfare agency if you can apply right away. In some cases, you may have to wait first until severance pay, bonuses, and other payments are exhausted. Once you receive a response, do what you deem appropriate in the circumstances, whether to declare right away or wait.

    • In some countries, you can apply for a form of financial support while you are looking for a job; however, if you voluntarily make yourself unemployed, there is usually a minimum amount of time before you can start the application process.
  1. Find out what charities can do for you. You will often be able to get charitable assistance in the form of food packages, clothing, training in new work skills, and so on through foundations that specialize in helping unemployed people. If you feel too proud to use this kind of assistance, remind yourself that you are part of what keeps some of the foundation workers in the workplace, because their services are in demand if people use them. What's more, sometimes being part of a charitable community can be a way to find a new job, especially if you take on community service when you feel ready.

Talk to family members. In some cases, changes can be made with the help of your immediate family members, who will provide the respite needed to recover from a past job and look for a new one. In other cases, other relatives may be able to help with a loan / mortgage payment or other form of assistance. Think about all the opportunities open to you through family support; for example, if a family member owns a residential property, you could agree to move there and pay lower rent for a while.

Part 3

initial problem solving strategies

Part 4

job search as your new occupation

Begin the job search process. As soon as you feel ready (or as soon as you are under pressure to get along with it), treat your job search like a job of its own kind. It may seem strange at first, but the procedure will drag you in and will usually be the only way to churn out job applications in an efficient way.

    • Organize a workspace that is all about applying for jobs. It's great if it's somewhere where you can close the door and get away from just a few hours a day, but even if you can't, make a special, quiet corner. If the house is too noisy, plan to visit the library or other quiet place every day at a set time.
    • When the time allotted for finding a job is up, close the door or throw a newspaper over your workplace. By stopping your search at a specific time, you allow yourself to engage in all other activities that make you feel full and normal, such as cooking, exercising, cleaning, having fun, hanging out with friends, and so on. If you let your job search take up all of your time during the day, then you are likely to be less efficient and much more annoyed about the way your life is prevalent.
  1. Redesign your resume (CV). Find your current one (your existing one may be so outdated in both content and style that it is doing you a disservice). Some unemployment agencies and charitable foundations provide free resume writing classes or seminars. You can also borrow books on improving your resume from the library. In some cases, spending a little of your savings on a resume perfecting by seeking professional services can be worth the expense.

    • Ask family and friends to read your resume and make recommendations.
    • Be prepared for this challenging reality: Your resume must speak in support of the job you are applying for. Unfortunately, these days, universal is no longer for everyone. Be prepared to constantly tweak your resume for each job to make it stand out from others (so you should take a few hours a day to treat applying for a job like a job).
    • Learn how to write a good cover letter correctly. There are online resources, books and video seminars to help you with this. Once you learn, you don't have to relearn, and each letter will get easier to write.
  2. Keep a journal and write down the details of every resume you send, every person you talk to, every job that interests you. Keeping a diary of your unemployment rate later can go a long way in your search. There is also the fact that your unemployment agency can call you at any time during your benefit period, and this will help you provide them with a list of companies you have applied to and every job you have considered. In this journal, keep records of vacancies for which you still need to finalize.

Track your claims and follow up. This is especially important when providing details to employment agencies. They receive a lot of requests, and therefore your data can be easily lost or ignored. Even if you don't get a proposed position, it's worth investigating the reasons for this so that you tweak your style and content for your next nomination - applying is never a waste of time!

Part 5

change of direction

This section is not for everyone. But sometimes, going back to your old job won't do you good, and being unemployed makes you realize that you need a change, a really big change. If so, you will see it as more than just looking for a job, which will make it a bit of an adventure.

Re-qualify. Go back to school. This is not for everyone - many people have knees shaking at the thought that they will have to try again exams and from the emergence of even greater debt. However, if this is the path that will lead you to the next stage of your life, then it can be a great option.

    • Do I need a certificate, diploma, college diploma / degree or higher education diploma for this? Or can you take multiple certified courses? Perhaps community service and practice will get you where you want to be. Look wider and further before deciding on your choice of training / retraining course.
  1. Get involved in volunteer work. Keep yourself busy while looking for a job and learn new skills along the way. If you find you really enjoy it, figure out what you need to do to make the switch to this area and what potential opportunities exist within the organization you are volunteering for.

Think of a small, medium, or even large business. Feeling worth quitting all your job and turning into an entrepreneur instead? It's risky, tough, but for the right person with the right attitude and commitment, it can be the perfect solution to permanently leave the work cycle. Become a person creating jobs instead of hunting them down. Consider the following to get to this stage:

    • Take a deep look at your suitability for starting your own business. Do you have what it takes? There are tests you can take and good books you can read on the subject.
    • What kind of business do you want to do? Do a thorough research on this - is this what people need? Is this niche free or already filled? Is it viable? Where can you get funds for this? Etc. Read relevant business literature to get ideas and expand your understanding.
    • Talk to business people you know. Ask them for ideas and recommendations. They may even give you the opportunity to volunteer and see what it is.
  2. Work freelance on a freelance basis. This is, one might say, an unstable income stream, perhaps as you would like to have for yourself, but its advantage is a lot of freedom, if you distribute the balance correctly. What are you really good at? What niche can you occupy as an expert and desired image? Read the literature and research carefully before choosing a job for yourself. Also check with your family if they support this choice.

    • Search the internet to get an idea of what opportunities exist for your freelancing endeavors.
    • Be positive; It's hard to freelance, but some people are monumental freelance success. Read about their experiences, if you can, and get inspired by them. But still, know that if you have the skills that are in demand, you can make significant headway in freelancing.

Part 6

stay inspired and motivated
  1. Understand that it is not easy to be unemployed. There will be days when you feel like giving up and there will be days when you almost get something, but only the disappointment a few hours later with a call that you did not come up, the job offer was canceled due to circumstances beyond your control, and another rejection will fall to your email. This happens often and will happen. When you're feeling particularly bad, take a day off. Just as if you were at work and everything fell on you. Go away and do something completely distracted, evolve and start all over again tomorrow. It will still be there waiting for you.

Have courage - only the one who gives up will never get another chance. Work hard, keep submitting résumé, visiting, mailing out. You can starve people down, you can impress with your cockiness and confidence, you can bump into a tidbit when you least expect it. But you can only deal with these wonderful moments by participating and being willing to accept opportunities, even if they seem strange and unconvincing. At some time, it may seem pointless and endless, but with each resume you apply, you open up new opportunities and constantly improve your ability to understand people.

Remember who you are. You may be out of work, but you still matter. You are a professional job seeker. But you can also be a mom / dad / uncle / aunt / grandfather or grandmother, a seasoned hobbyist, fan of the unusual, beer connoisseur, volunteer guardian, unrecognized writer, community member, humble chef, and so on. You are a collection of many things, but unemployment does not characterize you. It may feel like it limits you, but it doesn't define your value. Be committed to striving to be the best you can be.

Make a life plan. You have space and time to think about what you really want out of life. Treat this period of unemployment as a wake-up call, an opportunity to reevaluate the direction you were heading. Was that last job what you wanted to do in life? Even if you did, have you reached the heights that you hoped to have by this time? What really matters to you in the future? Schedule it now and see it as an awakening, a time to realign your further progress.

  2. The web is the main way in our economy that gives you work; so many candidates apply for the same position and personal connections will bring you directly to the hiring manager. Use social media. A network like Linkedin.com has a forum through which professionals can connect, upload their resumes, collect recommendations, meet clients, connect with former colleagues, and so on.
  3. Go out into society, communicate. Without leaving and not communicating, you make yourself even more unhappy, remember that people are the most important thing in life.
  4. There are also “generic” job search systems (monster, careerbuilders, indeed, jobfox ... to name a few) that, regardless of industry and / or system name, can help you. However, there may be other search engines dedicated to your area and / or industry. They may require a subscription fee. The benefits of these sites are that they tend to be more up-to-date and you can rest assured that they are more likely to meet your needs, wants, your experience, and your industry.
  5. Consider social networking sites for job search, for example Twitter has a lot of job postings, try typing #jobs + your region name in the search bar.
