But since shortcomings were identified, we decided to wait for their elimination, and only then sign everything. And then the fun began, everything was fixed quickly, except for the windows. Asked to replace them. since there were severe scratches. And now we have been waiting for a replacement for a month! The employees of the Criminal Code, whose contacts were given, were fed only with promises, and when they already began to tighten the deadlines for preliminary agreement, and writing a claim on the face of the seller, and not the Criminal Code, some movements began ...
Our claim about the discrepancy of the area and changing it to the real one was ignored, even the measurements from the cadastral engineer (they themselves hired) were not weighty evidence for them. The answer was \ "We do not have such a practice, according to our data, the area is the one in the contract \". As a result, they spat and signed an agreement.
Another of the \ "conditions \" of the seller was the personal registration of ownership, for which they naturally wanted financial reward. A number of media outlets recently announced the internal problems of FGC "Leader". Journalists tried to understand what circumstances lie behind the delay in the delivery of houses in two housing estates("Domodedovo Park" and "First Andreevsky") and stumbled upon a whole tangle of suspicious connections and financial commitments, which may lead the Leader company to collapse. According to the published information, the developer's assets are being withdrawn through dummies and affiliated companies, and the developer's management has already prepared to emigrate to Malta.

By the way, employees of the developer are among the owners of these offshore companies.

Almost two dozen offices, Russian and foreign, affiliated with and nontransparent ties with FGC Leader are added to SoyuzAgro and Balashikha-City. According to the developer himself, in the capital and the Moscow region, Leader is currently building 14 multi-apartment residential complexes for several tens of thousands of people. Eight more residential complexes are being built in other cities of the country, of which three are in St. Petersburg.

One of the reasons to suspect the leadership of "FGC" was the message of RBC about the acquisition of foreign passports by the Voronin family under the program "citizenship of Malta by investment." The structure of the Voronins' business is all the more suspicious and is a network of affiliated companies with a "living wallet" in the person of a certain Yuri Isaev (mentioned above as a co-owner of the assets of "FGC" in partnership with offshore companies), who worked with the Voronins on a number of projects, and now - the founder, according to various sources, there are about 15 companies and 8 directors. Isaev himself, apparently, is deprived of any real business independence. Despite the official income of 8.5 million rubles, he does not even have his own bank account.

Journalists compared the business schemes in Leader to the state of affairs in the recently collapsed construction giant Urban Group. It turned out very similar: on the eve of its fall, the Urban Group's finances flowed through subsidiaries and affiliated structures. The Urban company is a long-time partner of the Leader company, and, as Vladimir Voronin said recently, it even owes Leader about 40 million rubles. Quite a legitimate question: was the Voronins' network of affiliated firms used to withdraw funds from the Urban Group?

Finally, the "Leader" found two strange pledges. The first one is in Sberbank for 302 objects in the form of apartments and parking spaces. Journalists are perplexed: has Leader not pledged the already sold real estate illegally in those very problematic residential complexes Domodedovo Park and First Andreevsky? The second - 34 promissory notes of a certain Malab-invest LLC in the amount of about 3 billion rubles in VTB. The Malab company is also headed by an employee of FGC Leader, and the shadow partner is the offshore Malab Enterprises limited, associated with the assets of the late businessman Dmitry Bliznyuk, who died in the summer of 2013 under suspicious circumstances. Most of Bliznyuk's money "floated away" through dummies, and his numerous heirs, partners and creditors are still in litigation. How such a dubious asset got to the Voronins is another mystery.

Against the background of this news, reports about the dubious quality of FGC's work look insignificant.

After the publication of the investigation, the developer posted a refutation answer on its official website, which states that FGC Leader builds projects mainly on own funds and participants' funds shared construction, and the only loan in the amount of 2.7 billion rubles was taken for the implementation of the Moscow project of the premium-class house "Breathing". This house has already been built and commissioned. At the same time, the PR service of Leader kept silent about the recent purchase of DSK-1, on which a loan of 12 billion rubles was "hanging", and the shopping center "Mari" in Moscow (a loan of 6 billion rubles).

As noted by IA Regnum, the company's response does not say anything about information about the possible withdrawal of funds from Urban Group through the structures of FGC. RBC's information about the Voronins' Maltese passports also remained unclear. The FLB also adds that the developer's refutation was also unable to answer the question of why the property, assets and shares of FGC Leader were pledged to third-party companies, while these companies themselves belong to offshore companies.

In general, the quotes of Vladimir Voronin in the "refutation" and comments for Vedomosti make one ask the question: how immersed is he in the financial processes within his company? For example, on the website of the holding it is directly stated that the assessment of objects is carried out by a certain Professional Group of Appraisal LLC. The managing partner of this organization is Anna Isaeva, the wife of the aforementioned Yuri Isaev, who is considered by the media to be the “zits-chairman” and holder of the assets of “FGC” that have not yet been withdrawn from Russia. How is this possible? It would be strange to assume that one of the largest construction companies is engaged in fraud so much without regard for the possibility of even the most superficial verification? But the activities of the developer, as reported by the media, have already become interested in law enforcement agencies. Or, even more bizarre, is management just not knowing what's going on?

Information about the problems of FGC did not go unnoticed in the expert community.
