So, for starters, I checked the KBM. Strange, but it seemed to me that the MSC should have been equal to 0.5, while for some reason it was 5% higher - 0.55

Well, okay, I don't argue with that, however, when the policy is extended for a new period and in the absence of insurance events during the validity period of the previous policy, the MSC should decrease and amount to 0.5 (which, by the way, is its lowest value.)

We go to the Alfastrakhovanie website, to the "Policies" section of the personal account and see the coveted "Renew" button. We press ... The site informs that our request will be processed by the employees of the IC, and possibly checked against the PCA database, and if everything is in order, then a link will be sent to our mail to prolong (extend) the contract.

The price (renewal) of the policy was 2536.69 rubles. Exactly the same as last year! What's the matter?

Another point that AlfaStrakhovanie has been using for a long time is the imperceptible "vparivanie" additional service - driver's life insurance. I thought that it was not at all imperceptible, since half of the line is still visible, and even when proceeding to payment, they will try to take more money from you. But it turns out that some people fall for this bait. Fortunately, the amount is small, and in relation to the price of insurance it does not greatly increase its cost - only 350 rubles!

The line appears at the moment after you specify the payment method. The line is immediately shifted under the calculation header and is almost invisible. But it does not go away entirely, so that, apparently, there are no charges against the insurer about fraudulent actions.

How can the data be corrected?

Starting from clause 11 of Ch. 1 of the OSAGO Rules, the insured has the right to make changes through Personal Area on the insurer's website. This is done by sending an electronic application to the UK, which is 2 working days under consideration, after this time the client receives a response.

This may be an updated policy form in in electronic format or motivated refusal about making amendments remotely. Then the insured must contact the office personally and receive a reissued OSAGO policy in paper form.

8. It is possible to indicate in the insurance the new owner of the vehicle. This requires the presence of the policyholder, a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a passport of the new and old owner, a document that confirms the ownership of the vehicle.
