When I came to write an application for termination of the Raiffeisen Optimum program, on the 2nd working day after the conclusion, I was informed that my contribution would be returned to me only after 2 weeks, and not IN ENTIRELY, but minus a tax deduction. They said I need to go to the tax office and register the receipt. Disgrace, I did not expect such disgrace from Raiffeisen Bank.

Don't get caught. Subscribed to the Raifazzen Optimum program. After carefully reading the documents, everything turned out to be not as rosy as the manager had described. Everything is unclear and most importantly it is not clear what I will really get and whether I will be able to get back everything invested, especially the policy for such a long period. I didn’t think that such a scam could happen in such a bank. I am urgently writing a letter of termination!

In 2014, we closed the loan at Raiffeisen, at which point the manager began offering to save money for us. She was very convincing, describing how wonderful the Raiffeisen Optimum program was, that in two years we would get our money back and also get 10% of the amount paid. We were fools. We paid 54,000 in two years. After two years, it turned out that we can only get back after five years, and not the entire amount. It turns out that in five years we pay 126,000 rubles, but they will only return 110,000 rubles to us. But the problem is that we cannot continue to pay, because we were only counting on 2 years and in the end we will most likely receive nothing at all. When asked why we were deliberately misled about payments under this program, the managers immediately blinked. people are speechless. In general, people Raiffeisen Life is a complete SCAM Please, people, if you don’t want to lose your money and waste your nerves, avoid this charazhka (Raiffeisen) and don’t be fooled by the rosy prospects of saving money, you will simply give it away. scammers.

In 2008, I took out a loan in Raiffeisen to buy a car - I repaid the loan ahead of schedule, everything was fine until 2013: at the branch on the street. Barclay had an excellent manager who always recommended favorable conditions. But the office was closed and a new one was opened, also on the street. Barclay, but another house - that's not the point. After talking with an excellent manager for 4 years, I was very pleased and confident in the bank. In December 2013 I...

I was really scammed out of money at Raiffeisenbank under the Raiffeisen Life (insurance) program!!! Initially, I invested money with the condition of receiving income/investment, I didn’t even think about insuring myself, I wanted to invest the money as savings for my children, and the manager offered me this “wonderful” program under the Life Insurance agreement, they say, you will also receive investments (he also provided a table of investment growth ) and insure your life! But at the end of the term, I didn’t even receive my money!!! I won’t describe everything, it’s boiling so much that I can’t express it!!! I sent a letter to Rospotrebnadzor, they told me that this was a court case. As I understand it, this is investing again. But will it be true?!
I consider it my duty to warn every gullible person - do not go to this bank, you will get burned!!!

I would like to tell you about a fraudulent scheme of work and, in general, about the fraudulent organization ZAO Raiffeisenbank and its subsidiary LLC SK Raiffeisen Life.
First things first.
For 3 years I was faced with a situation where I needed to get money from a card of this bank that I had lost.
I went to the nearest bank branch at that time in the Zhulebino microdistrict.
The kind staff of this office offered to talk to me about getting a card and getting acquainted with their financial programs.
A wonderful woman named Valentina told me about all the delights and, of course, hid all the unpleasant moments of this program.
In general, how did she bribe me? By making a monthly payment (in my case, 5,000 rubles) for 14 years, by the time they reach adulthood, my child can receive an amount equal to approximately 1 million rubles (let’s say for education).
If something happens to me: death or, God forbid, disability, the child also receives this amount in full.
Without going into details, succumbing to the sweet persuasion of the bank employees, I agree to connect this program.
Please note that from the very beginning I asked for an automatic monthly debit of the specified amount with an SMS notification.
After some time, it turned out that the write-off was not working correctly, some payments simply did not go through (due to a server failure, etc.)
Several times I had to go to a bank branch to write an application to deposit the required amount. This situation happened a couple of times when I was abroad.
I quickly stopped liking the Raiffeisen Kinder program. At some point I got tired of everything, I came to the bank and asked to close the program.
Here are all the disadvantages of this program; if I want to close the program within the first 2 years, I will not get a penny back of the money deposited.
I was shocked. A kind woman, Valentina, began to call me and press me with pity, saying that if I close the program, my child will not see the money and may not receive an education.
Agree, children are sacred and I love my daughter very much and try to see her as often as possible (I am divorced, the child lives with his mother).
I agree not to close the program, provided that the write-off will work without failure and an SMS notification will be connected to me.
In fairness, I want to say that everything worked and over the last 2 years, I came only 1 time, again due to a malfunction.
But in August, the situation repeated itself... although there was about 9,000 thousand in the account, the write-off did not go through... allegedly due to the fact that the amount on the account should remain no less than that which is written off.
At the call center, they told me that I should come and write some kind of statement to Raiffeisen Life that would remove this restriction. When I ask whether I can contact Raiffeisen Life, our offices tell me everything through communication.
I go to the website, start looking for the phone number and address of the unit itself, but it’s simply not there. I, a client of this company, cannot call them at all.
I start rummaging through the documents to find a contact number for communication, but there is none. I’m trying to find an agreement between me and the bank, but there isn’t one either.
There is an application for insurance, which apparently is a contract, and there is an insurance certificate. But there is simply no agreement with the responsibilities of the parties.
There is a separate reminder in case of an insured event. This is outright trash, the list of documents that need to be collected includes 9 items.
Everything was done to make it impossible to get money.
Now let's imagine a situation where something happened? So it’s simply unrealistic for a child to collect this pile of documents!!! In my case, my ex-wife most likely won’t even be able to do this.
Fraud? I think yes!!!
Instead of going to the bank branch again, I decide to do something different and go straight to the branch of this insurance company.
At the bank’s call center they start asking me what you want, on what issue. In response to my answer that I want to close the contract, they push me back to the bank.
After spending a couple of hours on the phone, they give me the address indicated in the documents, Novinsky Boulevard, building 8 (Novinsky Passage building). Arriving at this address, I try to find the office, to no avail.
Another hour on the call center phone, once again explaining the situation, it turns out that the company has moved to another address, Smolenskaya Square, 3 (in the building opposite Smolensky Passage)
In the Smolensky Passage building, the security let me through quite calmly; the words “I terminate the contract” and a presentable appearance can apparently do the trick.
But the receptionist was very surprised by me and my request. After 10 minutes, a certain Andrey Mikheev came out to me.
He was also extremely surprised that I got to them. I explained the whole situation, said that I wanted to terminate the contract and return all the money I had transferred.
He listened to me, said that he could accept a statement from me, but warned that I would not get the money back, and if I did, it would be less than half.
To which he received an answer, I write a statement and you put a mark that the application has been accepted, the company returns the money, if not the entire amount, then we will then sort it out in court.
They accepted the application, provided an incoming number and promised to respond to my application in writing.
I wrote the application on August 26, 2013.
Some time later, I went to the bank again and turned off automatic debiting, because the payment went through automatically.
I also wrote an application for a refund of the last amount written off.

2.5 months have passed. Zero reaction.
Today I hung on the phone for about an hour to figure out when the money will be returned.
The answer we received was that we do not have your application.

» launches voluntary health insurance programs “Health Standard” and “Health Standard Plus”, created with the support of UNIQA Group, which has many years of experience in the field of international health insurance.

The new programs offer customers expanded medical coverage. In particular, if serious illnesses are diagnosed, Raiffeisen Life Insurance Company will undertake the organization of inpatient treatment and cover all medical expenses. The advantage of new products is a well-chosen set of risks *.

In addition, the programs include treatment of serious diseases in both Russian and European clinics. Under the Health Standard program, the insurance coverage limit is 2 million 113 thousand euros per insurance year. The expanded “Health Standard Plus” package also provides the opportunity to receive a one-time payment of one thousand euros in the event of a diagnosis of stroke or myocardial infarction and payment and booking of tickets in economy class to and from the place of treatment.

A client under the age of 60 can become a participant in both programs. To do this, just contact any Raiffeisenbank branch. The cost of the “Health Standard” program is 5 thousand 500 rubles per year for children and 15 thousand rubles per year for adults, “Health Standard Plus” for children - 8 thousand rubles per year, for adults - 25 thousand rubles per year . The contract for any program is concluded for one year with the possibility of further extension.

“More and more Raiffeisenbank clients are seeking treatment abroad, and now, if serious illnesses are detected, they are guaranteed to be able to receive the highest quality treatment by choosing a clinic in Europe or Russia at their discretion. A sufficiently high coverage limit allows the client to be confident that, no matter what, all his personal financial assets will remain protected,” says Roman Karandin, head of the bancassurance department at Raiffeisenbank.

“The issue of support in the event of a diagnosis of serious illness or the need for organ transplantation is being actively discussed all over the world,” notes Daria Zhukovskaya, head of the insurance product development group at Raiffeisen Life. - And, although the support from the Russian state in this area is significant, people strive to have their own resources to provide immediate and high-quality treatment in Russia or in other countries. The uniqueness of our product is due to the wide scope of its insurance coverage. At the same time, the Health Standard program can provide long-term financial protection in case of deterioration of health in the future.”

At Raiffeisen Bank branches, insurance can be purchased for almost all types of products: financial, medical protection and life insurance for persons receiving a loan from Raiffeisen. In only two areas is insurance provided only by Raiffeisen Life: against accidents and against fatal illness.

In the first case, the amount of contributions and the amount of coverage is determined depending on the client’s age, gender and general health. In the second, the maximum payment is 1 million rubles upon detection of cancer, coronary diseases, stroke or heart attack. In the first 2 months the amount is not paid, this is considered waiting time. Contributions are calculated individually, under standard conditions they are equal to 0.1%.

Citizens who have suffered certain diseases, a list of which is attached to the contract, are not subject to insurance.

Life insurance for mortgages and other loans

At Raiffeisen, life and health insurance is the most common request when issuing loans and mortgages, which is voluntary.

Separate projects are applied for each type of loan:

  • Life insurance for a consumer loan borrower in Raiffeisen. Risks include death and disability due to illness or accident. In such circumstances, SK Raiffeisen Life assumes the client’s debts and settles with the bank so that neither the victim nor his relatives bear financial costs if they find themselves in a difficult situation. The contribution is determined as 0.0281% of the loan amount.
  • Credit card. Similar risks are included. Cost – 0.0845% of the card limit.
  • Mortgage. The tariff is set individually, according to the client’s characteristics: 0.08-3.11%. When taking out a mortgage with Raiffeisen, life insurance is a significant advantage for the borrower. This allows you to obtain a loyal attitude from the bank by reducing the degree of risk for it associated with possible non-payments on the mortgage due to unforeseen events. It also protects relatives who will not have to pay the mortgage if the borrower dies.
  • For a car loan: 0.19% or 0.29%, depending on the coverage area. Separately, it is worth noting that OSAGO insurance is not provided by Raiffeisen.

Health insurance

Raiffeisen Life health insurance is provided in two areas: Health Standard and Standard Plus.

If a dangerous or fatal disease (tumor, cardiovascular) is detected, as well as if it is necessary to undergo heart surgery or organ transplantation, the insured can count on help:

  • Organization of treatment in clinics in Europe and Russia;
  • Possibility of choosing an establishment;
  • Compensation for material costs associated with the course of treatment (based on reports and invoices);
  • One-time payment of the entire coverage amount (under Project Plus).

The extended insurance program at Raiffeisen Life also provides compensation for air travel and diagnostics.

Insurance is provided by Raiffeisen Life together with SG UNIQA, which has international experience in health insurance and its own medical institutions in Austria.

Financial insurance

Financial insurance at Raiffeisen involves the formation of savings in order to ensure future stability.

It works according to the following rules:

  • The insured stipulates the validity (survival) period.
  • Regularly transfers contributions (he sets the amount and frequency independently).
  • At the end of the term, he receives the entire amount of savings and additional income generated through investments.
  • In the event of death or loss of ability to work, the insured person or his family receives 100% of the amount.

There are four insurance options at Raiffeisen Life that work under these conditions:

  • Kinder: savings are intended for a child until he reaches a certain age, regardless of the client’s survival;
  • Optimal: only from an accident;
  • Prospect: 100% payment due to death, 200% due to unforeseen circumstances.

The bank's insurance services are represented by a whole range of various programs - protection of life and health, credit or credit card, real estate. There is even investment insurance to protect yourself for the future.

Types of insurance programs

Insurance for registration and consumer loans

Many people neglect this simple way to protect themselves, looking for benefits in the interest they save on paying the insurance premium. Be sure to evaluate all the risks - sometimes insurance can save you from much greater waste of money.

Insurance at Raiffeisenbank for cash loans has a number of fundamental points and protects: partially life and health and the risk of job loss.

To get your insurance premium paid, follow these simple rules.

Study the insurance conditions in the loan agreement

Since Raiffeisen works with many partners, and the terms of the agreement depend on specific circumstances, contractual obligations for each borrower are individual, the tariff ranges from 1.5 to 6%.

Finding and analyzing an insurance contract is the first task. Afterwards it will become clear whether you can claim full compensation, partial compensation, or will not receive any money at all. Be sure to look at your loan agreement and ask about rate increases if you cancel your insurance.

Introductory period and deadlines

Insurance return procedure

In the case where there is a chance to count on monetary compensation, the procedure is simple - you write in free form or write an application addressed to the head of your insurance company to terminate the contract and return the insurance premium, where you indicate:

  • Numbers of your contracts (both credit and insurance);
  • Contact details;
  • Grounds for claiming the amount (preferably a link to a specific clause of the insurance contract).
  • Details where to transfer money.

The accepted period for consideration of an appeal is 10 days, unless otherwise provided by the agreement.

Another 10 days are taken to transfer funds from the moment a person is removed from the list of insured persons.

If the decision is positive, notify your bank of the results on the same day remotely (by phone, via chat) and duplicate the information by registered mail with notification to avoid penalties.

Conclusion

Raiffeisen does not provide travel insurance, property insurance or auto insurance. The main directions are: ensuring the life of the bank's borrowers on non-targeted loans and mortgages, protecting health from unforeseen events and several projects for material support (accumulation) for various purposes. The cost of a policy often depends on the personal characteristics of the insured and the amount of coverage.

Raiffeisenbank insurance is offered to clients who want to protect themselves not only from the risks of everyday life, but also financial ones (if they have a consumer loan, mortgage, from fraudulent activities on cards and accounts). Registration and conditions of insurance at Raiffeisenbank are a more pleasant procedure than the legal return of insurance (according to user reviews, they often delay the deadlines and require unnecessary documents). Before signing documents, carefully study the conditions of Raiffeisenbank insurance - this will save you from unnecessary waste and save time.
