This example estimate considers the case of installing elevator equipment in a new apartment building without the need to dismantle the replacement elevator. Drawing up an estimate for the installation and commissioning of a freight elevator has its own nuances related to the fact that a freight elevator has a greater carrying capacity than a passenger one. When installing a freight elevator, you can use the prices:

GESNm (FERm) 03-05-004-05 adjusted for the number of stops, shaft height, load capacity. Price - GESNm (FERm) 03-05-004-16 helps to balance the cost of a freight elevator in the presence of additional mine doors. For marking the dismantling of a freight elevator, the same prices can be used only with the correction factor for dismantling.

Introduction

One of the most important problems of the modern market economy is the reproduction of fixed production assets, which are characterized by a high wear rate and a long service life. The physical and moral deterioration of elevator equipment makes it necessary to attract significant investments for the replacement and reconstruction of passenger elevators in office buildings and apartment buildings.

In market conditions, ensuring the competitiveness and survival of enterprises for the repair and production of passenger elevators is possible only by reducing the cost of products, works and services. The estimated cost of works on the modernization of elevators is much lower than the estimated cost of acquiring and installing new equipment. Therefore, in graduation theses in the specialty 13.02.11 - Technical operation and maintenance of electrical and electromechanical equipment (by industry), the main attention should be paid to a strict regime of saving material, labor and financial resources to justify the estimate of work on the modernization of elevators.

The calculation of the estimated cost of these works includes four types of calculations: general construction works, electrical installation works, commissioning works, calculation of equipment and materials not included in the price list.

In the economic part of the thesis in the specialty 13.02.11 - Technical operation and maintenance of electrical and electromechanical equipment (by industry), it is recommended to use the base-index method when compiling local estimates for the modernization of elevators. At the same time, the base prices as of 01.01.2001 are multiplied by the corresponding coefficients - indices, which are quarterly published in special economic journals, to bring them to the current level.

elevator modernization

When performing work on the modernization of a passenger elevator in an administrative building (residential apartment building), the address must be indicated.

Indicate the deadline for the completion of work, the start of work.

Primary requirements:

The quality of the work performed must meet the requirements of SNiP 3-01.09-87 "Rules for the safe operation of elevators", approved by the resolution of the GOSGORTEKHNADZOR of Russia dated May 16, 03 No. 10-558-03, GOST 22011-95 and "Rules for the installation of electrical installations (PUE)".

The contractor is obliged not later than the commencement of work to insure his civil liability for harm caused to life, health, property of third parties during the performance of repair and construction work at the facility.

The dispatching communication of the elevator should provide for the output to the dispatcher console (DP) of the following signals:

Calling the dispatcher from the cabin and machine room of the elevator;

Two-way loudspeaker communication from the cab and engine room;

Blocking the doors of the machine room;

Staircase lighting control.

Dispatch communication is carried out on the basis of equipment with an output to the control center (for example, ADK-3 "Resurs-M").

The following equipment is installed in the base machine room of the elevator:

Block for collecting, switching and processing information;

Harnesses attached to the junction box;

Intercom machine room;

Limit switch.

An intercom is installed in the elevator cabin.

Placed equipment shall be produced in accordance with Section 4.3.9 PUBEL PB 10-55-03.

The equipment is powered from the junction box of the communication power supply network at home.

Mounting should be carried out in accordance with the instructions for mounting multi-metric equipment, VSN60-89, PUE and PTB, SNiP 3.05.06-85, materials and equipment that have a quality certificate.

2.1 Methodology for calculating the local estimate "Modernization of the elevator"

The local estimate "Modernization of the elevator" includes three types of calculations - general construction work, electrical installation work, commissioning work, as well as the calculation of materials not included in the price tag.

All calculations are carried out by the basis-index method. Estimated cost is determined by using current indices in relation to the cost of work in the base period. Indices take into account price changes due to inflation, changes in supply and demand for resources, etc.

The table of local estimates "Modernization of the elevator" includes a "table header" and lines for the names of work and cost calculation (numbered).

We introduce separate designations of parameters in the columns of the table and formulas for calculations in each row of the table:

For this purpose, territorial price bases have been created, called TER, for each region, region and edge of our vast country. Using these prices, estimators justify the cost of replacement, installation, maintenance and repair of elevator equipment, and, interestingly, the price for the regions for the same work does not always coincide. This is due to the regional industry and market conditions of individual territories and regions. In addition, differences in the cost of work with passenger and freight elevators arise when calculating the cost by the resource or base-index method.
