A boy came, ran a wire, they say, take the job, he connected everything. I understand that there is no router. He says no problem, I'll bring it. Brought the next day, connected a personal account. In your personal account, the connection amount is 351 rubles. Of course, I was surprised, now almost every provider has a free connection, to which they answered me, pay not for the connection, but for the wire. I paid this money. A month later I deposited 2400, called back several times, clarified that it was exactly 2400 and that's it, all the operators told me that yes. When I already transferred money through Intersvyaz's personal account, I asked to connect the "Smile" tariff, the operator tells me, and you know that you still have to pay 110 rubles per month for the router. I'M SORRY, WHAT??? Naturally, I did not agree with this, for Rostelecom, for comparison, the payment for a router is 10 rubles per month. Accordingly, I decided to terminate the contract! But, I have to pay 500 rubles to come for a router. I took it myself. I was told that I needed to bring my passport, write an application and an extract from the bank about the transfer of funds to the Intersvyaz account. I brought all this to the office on 10/05/2019. The manager accepted everything, oriented that the money would be transferred to me within 10 working days. On 10/15/2019, the manager calls me and says that I still need a certificate of free transfer of money. What you need to request from the bank and bring them. I call the bank, they tell me that they can’t give ANY more information, because. the transfer was made in the provider's personal account, and not through an online bank. What I report to the manager, they tell me that they will contact me, but no one has contacted me. I called myself, the operator is absolutely incompetent, something muttered that he would give my shadow to the management, when asked why they didn’t call me, he answered, apparently because they were solving my issue. They can't connect me to anyone, they can only fix my claims. During these days, I have called so many times, come, but no one has returned the money to me. Some kind of vicious circle, I don’t get feedback, I just call, they dynamize me. There is no limit to my indignation, because I have never seen such a terrible attitude from any service provider. I deliberately invent something, delay it, keep silent, because, in fact, there is no problem. Everything is transparent, the transfer was, it is reflected in the personal account - money on the balance sheet. All supporting documents are provided. This is no longer a matter of money, but the protection of their rights! If on 10/18/2019 (the last day of transferring money to the account) the money is not transferred to me, then I will go to write a statement for them, since I have all the evidence. I do not recommend this provider! The next review will be about how my problem was solved!

High-speed Internet and digital television will come to the private sector of Bogdanovich, Sverdlovsk region.
