In New Vatutinki, housing prices are earthly. The area is well-equipped, everything is there for a normal life. It’s sooooo convenient that you don’t have to wait a year or two or ten until the entire infrastructure is brought to fruition. Clean courtyards, green areas around. It is convenient to get to the center by bus. Maybe not super fast, but convenient. We took out a mortgage for the apartment, we managed to get an adequate interest rate and quickly resolve the issue (our mortgage manager was very helpful, sincere thanks to him).

In Vatutinki, housing prices are reasonable, all conditions for a comfortable life have been created here, well, it’s probably not worth saying that everything is here, a school, kindergarten, shops, a clinic are all nearby. By the way, we have a family living next door, and they themselves work in the company that is developing New Vatutinki, in Investtrust. And they say that many of their colleagues take housing here. There is no hospital, only a clinic, there is no metro within walking distance, you have to travel 20 minutes by minibus.

The entire New Vatutinki area is convenient; inside it there is everything you need. But we especially liked the Yuzhny microdistrict, beautiful houses, the windows from our apartment look directly onto the forest located nearby. Not far from us is a kindergarten, a shopping center, and in good weather we often walk on the banks of the Desna River.

We have been living in Yuzhny for three months now. We consider this place to be excellent for families with children. We had no problems moving in; the apartment was completely ready to move in. In the fall, my son goes to school, she is nearby. This is absolutely wonderful! I am glad that many young couples under 35 with children live in the area. We are very lucky with our neighbors. They have a boy and a girl, almost the same age as our son.

There are, of course, disadvantages and one of the main ones is that there is no metro. But soon they should build a station near us. We have a car, but if there is a metro, it will be more convenient to get to work.

I am happy with everything in the Yuzhny microdistrict, a good place to live, landscaped courtyards, interesting infrastructure. The layout of my two-room apartment is comfortable, all the rooms are separate and bright, the sound insulation is normal and I can’t hear my neighbors.

There are no cons for me

The location of the complex was very important for me, and here it is good, one might say, as environmentally friendly as possible. I also like that the houses are not high-rise buildings; our Yuzhny one looks very cozy, with beautiful green surroundings. The school is located in the neighboring Central district, but this issue was resolved by a bus that will pick up our children in front of the school.

We bought an apartment 37.2 on Oblepikhovaya 17 in the “Southern Quarter”, paid another 160 thousand with finishing, bought a showroom of the same apartment in building 13. Yesterday we accepted. We had an experienced person with us who opened the plastic window slope and we saw that the wallpaper was simply glued to foam concrete, and before that we could not understand how it was necessary to plaster so that all the walls were humped, despite the fact that the wallpaper with a fur coat effect. Stretch ceiling in wallpaper glue, which apparently could not be removed and is covered in fingers, which are difficult to wipe off - based on my experience. The thin plastic edging of the ceiling has a sloppy appearance because... they bent it back from the wallpaper side to glue the wallpaper, but naturally it didn’t go back up. Let me explain for those who don’t know - apartments are rented with a suspended ceiling, i.e. It is not included in the price of 160 thousand. That is, when you start repairing the ceiling is already hanging. That is, after the repair you have the interesting task of cleaning it. But first, when a company representative tells you during your purchase that you will have a suspended ceiling, you are glad that you saved 25 thousand on this. But this joy will not last long. Ceiling height with suspended ceiling is 2.67 m. AND ATTENTION! The declared area is 37.2. When you come to sign the act, they tell you in fact 37 m2, but everything is normal, you signed the contract, it says that if up to 0.5 m2 we do not return the money. At the reception we measured it with a laser ruler and it turned out to be 36.64. It is not difficult to calculate that the company owes you 0.56 and this is more than 0.5, I assure you that no one will give you this money so easily. So, the ceiling will cost you dearly. In the bathroom, the light bulb hangs on the wall 10 cm above the heated towel rail and there is no other light there, and the list goes on for a long time... After what they saw in the apartment, they asked for an estimate and certificates for materials because... floorboards, tiles, heated towel rails, faucets left many questions. Of course, no one gave us any of this and SENT us to the office of Investtrust LLC, where a sweet smile with politeness gave way to rudeness when they realized that we didn’t come to buy an apartment, but to demand the quality of the work they were doing, to which they tried to tell us what you Do you want ECONOMY CLASS?
