After "Morton" entered the PIK Group of Companies and this project was inherited by a new developer, its concept was somewhat revised, and the deadline for completion of the residential complex was eventually pushed back by six months. However, from the point of view of reliability there is no doubt here. “PIK” has a maximum score of “A+” in the expert assessment. It is clear that the company is large and experienced. Will build the first two houses "Peter I", and subsequent ones. As for the two buildings of “Peter I” itself, their construction is nearing completion. Both houses have been erected, façade work is being completed, and interior work is underway. The completion of the residential complex is scheduled for the second quarter of this year. It is difficult to say whether the developer will have enough remaining four months to complete the project. In any case, there are no plans to postpone the deadline yet.

“Peter I” was initially announced in the business class segment, but from the very beginning it did not meet all these requirements. Starting with a large number of apartments on floors and not the most successful layouts. It was also initially reported that, in addition to residential buildings, the residential complex would include a kindergarten for 245 places. However, when planning permission was received in March 2016, it turned out that the garden had been “shrinked” to 200 seats. True, preschool is still expected with great interest. After all, it was designed in a special way - in the style of a Dutch fairy-tale house (unless, of course, the project of the preschool educational institution is changed). It is also worth noting that after changing the project and dividing it into two residential complexes (“Peter I” and “Lefortovo Park”), the building density in this quarter increased, the area of ​​adjacent areas decreased, which in general somewhat reduced the attractiveness of the residential complex.

The advantages of the residential complex include its proximity to the central part of the capital. The disadvantages of the location are the lack of greenery in the area. After all, this is a former industrial zone, there are not enough trees here. There are several squares near “Peter I”, but large green areas are removed: the nearest full-fledged park (Lefortovo) is one and a half kilometers away, and the forest park is about three km away. In addition, let's not forget that there are several industrial zones nearby.

But socially there are no complaints about the place. There is a school and kindergarten a stone's throw from the residential complex. Within a radius of 1 to 3 km there are also schools, kindergartens, three clinics, three fitness clubs, shops and other necessary facilities.

The transport component is also generally normal. The metro is 500 meters away, there are several public transport stops nearby. You can drive along Krasnokazarmennaya Street to the city center, nearby is the exit to the Third Transport Ring and the North-Eastern Expressway. About 8.5 km away is the exit to the Moscow Ring Road. Of course, you have to take into account the factor of traffic jams - during rush hours the main local highway (Entuziastov Highway) cannot do without them. But in our time this is perceived as a necessary evil.

Sales in “Peter I” are close to completion. As of mid-February, there was only one last studio left in the first building, and in the third building, theoretically, only two reserved apartments were available, and there were basically none available.
