JSC "ASB Belarusbank" opens a card account for the client, maintains and services it, personalizes the card, issues the card to the client and provides the opportunity to use it in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

The procedure and conditions for maintaining a card account, using and servicing the card, organizing settlements for transactions are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the operational rules of the relevant PS, local regulations legal acts JSC "ASB Belarusbank" and the agreement. The procedure and conditions for the use and servicing of Cards apply to all additional Cards and are mandatory for all Holders of additional Cards in the same way as for the Client.

For maintaining and servicing the card account, using and servicing Cards in accordance with the agreement, OJSC "JSSB Belarusbank" charges remuneration (fees) and other fees provided for by the List of transactions and fees, other local regulatory legal acts of the Bank and PS, and memorial order.

When using the card or its details, the Holder gains access to the card account and initiates non-cash payments, receiving cash Money and carrying out other operations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Agreement.

The card is the property of JSC JSB Belarusbank and is transferred to the holder for possession and use. The Bank has the right to terminate or suspend the Card, as well as refuse to issue (re-issue) the Card without giving reasons.

When servicing a client as part of a service package, the client has the right to carry out all operations included in the service package. Payment for these operations is made in accordance with the list of operations and fee amounts.

The client has the right to switch to service according to a package of services by notifying the bank in writing in the form of an application in the form established by the bank. The transition to the service package is carried out from the 1st day of the month following the month of filing the application for the transition to the service package.

All operations carried out by the client that are not included in the service package are paid by the client in accordance with the contract.

The client instructs the bank to calculate the amount of remuneration due to the latter under the agreement and collect it from the card account. The debiting of funds from the card account is issued by the bank with a memorial order.

The procedure for calculating interest on the balance of funds on the card account:

  • - when calculating interest, the number of days in a year is taken to be 360 ​​(for Visa cards Gold 365 (366)), number of days in a month - 30 (for Visa Gold cards the actual number of days of the month for which interest is calculated);
  • - interest on the card account is accrued by the bank from the day the funds are received on the card account until the day before they are written off. When calculating interest, all changes are taken into account interest rate by card account;
  • - interest accrued on the card account is credited to the card account on the last working day of each month and on the date of termination of the Agreement.

The client is provided the following types services:

  • - enrollment no later than next banking day funds received in his name;
  • - issuing cash and conducting non-cash payments for transactions performed in devices that accept Cards of this type;
  • -receiving a statement of the status of the card account and issuing additional cards;
  • - other operations that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The amounts of all transactions made using the main card, additional cards or their details are reflected in the card account.

Operations for transferring (writing off) funds from the client’s card account are carried out on behalf and/or order of the holder, client or on the basis of documents submitted by the trade (service) organization that accepted the card as payment for sold goods(work performed, service rendered).

The document confirming transactions on the card account is the card account statement. The holder receives a statement of the card account with information about completed transactions upon request upon personal contact with the bank. To certify the authenticity of the statements, the bank places a bank stamp and the signature of the responsible executor on them.

No later than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of the transaction, using the main card, additional cards or their details, the client is obliged to notify the bank in writing about the amounts erroneously (inappropriately or excessively) credited to the card account or underwritten or erroneously debited from the card account. Claims not received by the Bank in writing within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of the transaction are considered confirmation of the correctness of its execution.

The holder can also obtain information about the status of the card account and about transactions carried out on the card account when using the card at ATMs and self-service payment terminals of the bank, as well as through the use of other bank services that the bank, in accordance with concluded agreements, provides to OJSC card holders "ASB Belarusbank"

Only its holder has the right to use the card; other persons are prohibited from using the card.

The Card and PIN code must be used by the Holder in accordance with the agreement. The card PIN code must be known only to its holder and must not be disclosed to other persons. It is strictly forbidden to write a PIN code on the card or store it with the card.

The holder can use the card for:

  • - conducting non-cash payments for goods and services with trade and service organizations that accept cards of this type for payment;
  • -receiving cash from ATMs, as well as from equipped devices that accept cards of this type;
  • -carrying out other operations and gaining access to other bank services that the bank provides to cardholders.

The card must not be used for illegal purposes, including the purchase of goods and services prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the legislation of the state in whose territory the holder uses the card.

All transactions using the main card, additional cards or their details are carried out within the limits of the balance of funds on the card account within the established transaction limits.

Upon expiration of the card, the card can be reissued at the request of the client at established by the bank ok.

The bank has the right to reissue the card in the month after its expiration date.

How to find out the account number of a bank card?

Checking balance via SMS

SMS banking allows you to manage your funds by sending short messages to Belarusbank clients:

To view the balance of funds on the card, you need to send a message to number 611 with the text “Ostatok XXX”, where after the space XXX is the password.

The text of the message is typed exclusively in Latin letters, while the password to the SMS banking system can be entered in both lowercase and capital letters.

There is no fee for the service; the client only pays the cost of the sent SMS according to the tariffs of his operator.

USSD requests from a mobile phone

At Belarusbank, using USSD requests, you can top up your MTS operator account; to do this, you need to be a registered user of the SMS banking service and dial the combination: *111*611#

After responding to the request, enter the password for the SMS banking service and the required replenishment amount. Interestingly, you can send a USSD combination even if there are no funds on your mobile phone account.
